Id been looking for a Mini Cooper for about a year. There was a specific model, color, etc etc I wanted, so I wasnt in a rush. Eventually, one popped up at Fifty Stars and, for a car dealer, the price was surprisingly reasonable. I live in Santa Cruz and its a long haul thru traffic to get to Fremont, but Zack answered all my questions, the car checked all my boxes, so off I went.Th car itself was nicer than I expected. Zack told me hed sold around 150 Minis over the years, a good proportion of them to folks in Santa Cruz. His philosophy was to mark up his cars a small amount, and turn them over quickly. This is true. Other dealers Id come across ask unreasonable prices for their Minis -- and the cars sit for months on their lots. I know, Id been watching them.A couple of days after buying the car I had a bit of a problem with an ignition coil. Zack gave me a warranty on the car, but the car was in limp home mode and I had no way of getting it back over the hill. I had it fixed by our local Mini specialist -- and Zack was gracious enough to send me a check for the work.I highly recommend Fifty Stars, Id buy another car from him in a second. Ive wanted a Mini since the 60s. I did a long trip into Mainland Mexico with a buddy in his Mini in 67 and wanted one ever since. Zack made it come true.

About a month ago I was looking for a car with my dad and we found one of the cars online and we decided to check it out. At first we didnt like the first car we were looking for since it was to small but Ray was nice enough to help us out and look at the other cars available and luckily we chose one! The car was in amazing condition and nothing was wrong it. He gave us an excellent price for the car as well. He was also very easy to talk to and fun. The registration for the car and everything went by fast and only took a couple hours to get everything done. Well definitely suggest going here if youre looking for a use car! Thank you again!!

I just bought a car yesterday. Very clean, nice and sporty looking ! The dealer was amazing and the cars he has are never damaged and the carfaxes are perfect with no past damage, etc. Thats what I like about this dealership... is that the used cars have been perfecttly maintained by their previous owners. This dealer will never sell you a car that has a bad carfax ! I would highly reccomend him !

Be extra careful when doing business with this dealership.You might come here because you see some good deal, but please pay attention to the price break down. AND DO NOT PAY WITH CASH.

So I bought my car over a month ago. The guys let us go for a test drive right away and they were really nice and really helpful. My boyfriend had gotten a car a few months back from a different dealership and the guy was nice enough to print out the carfax for my boyfriends car after we had a conversation with him. I just got my registration and everything for the car I bought from them. I had to replace my starter for my car but thats because my car was at about 100k and it needed a new one. They let us take it for a pre purchase inspection and everything. Honeslty I would buy a car from here again 100%.
