I like the place I always got the good products and some weird products also everybodys fairly friendly

Great customer service. Asked where I could find a specific bolt nut and washer. Guy took me right to it. Lady at the register was nice and polite and even asked me if I needed a grocery sack for 8 bolts 8 washers and 8 nuts. I go there for a lot of things and never seem to have any problems

Almost always Never have ammo!!! Why would a business not pump money into the one item that sells out the very day you put it on the shelf!?!? Very much a missed opportunity!!

Bomgaars is keeping a good balance with COVID. They have sanitary stores, but nothing overboard like requiring face masks. Another reason to love this store!

Bomgaars is a very nice store. Very friendly check outs an if you need help they are there to help you. We know pretty much where things are at. We found what we needed but the key they made wouldnt open the door of my van. Do we went else where to get the key.

As a regular shopper at Bomgaars I am very satisfied with their selection and quality. The store has quick and convenient access. The best part is that many of the staff have been there for years and are helpful and knowledgeable.

Very nice store, very clean and well lighted. Has large work and sport clothing section. Had all the things you would find in a farm store. Has a very large tool and hardware section. Staff very professional. Reasonable prices.

Staff aint as knowledgeable as the previous company. More Chinese products of lower quality. But it still has a decent supply of farm and ranch supplies. Great nuts and bolt selection.

Well when i come from Minnesota & I’m down in fort dodge Iowa to see my uncle bud fair & have to get anything he needs & feed for his horses all ways has what he needs thanks & what a great staff always there to help you with what ever you need .

Went there for 2 lock nuts and an E-key found them all in 5 minutes and spent less than $3

Not a pleasant shopping experience. I was verbally attacked by Julie on 8-19-2018. Customers shopping are inconvenient for her. I hope she doesnt verbally abuse employees that work under her. She needs to find another line of work, because she does not know the meaning of customer service. She is just a big bully and likes throw her weight around, as she has enough of that to throw around.

They were there to answer questions and show us where a couple things were. Great customer service. Register time didnt take long. NO long wait.

I went to your Fort Dodge store this morning (9/24/16) at approx. 9:00 AM to return a pair of unused shoes with Receipt in hand. Pretty simple I thought. Was I in for a surprise !! I have never encountered such an issue with returning an unused item with a Receipt until I went to Bomgaars !! First a person has to provide basically their life history for a simple return with a Receipt ... unnecessary and utterly ridiculous. You do Not need all my personal info for a simple return with a Receipt. Especially when I paid in cash. With all the breaches in data security, I do Not like the idea a co. like Bomgaars holding any of my info. But if that is not irritating enough ... I am then told by the cashier that she doesnt have enough cash in the drawer to refund me. I did Not want a gift card. I paid in cash ... I expect a cash refund. How can a business such as yours ... not have enough money in the store to refund $90.94 at any time? Oh a supposed mgr finally came over and told her to go ahead even though it was mostly $5 bills. I could maybe understand if it was $500 or a $1000, but less than $100 and your store doesnt have enough cash to make a refund? Really?? All I can say is, you need to reevaluate the concept of Customer Service. This is exactly the reason why Fort Dodge needs a Mills Fleet Farm or a Farm & Fleet!! Not only is Bomgaars usually overpriced, but you make it as difficult as possible to make a simple return with a Receipt!! Did I mention .... WITH A RECEIPT !!!

The staff here is always pleasant. If they dont know the answer to a question, they will find out right away.
