Nice Costco exactly like all the rest!! Good location with gas station!! Though gas prices werent much better than the local gas stations.

Dropped car off for tire rotation and shopped for an hour. Is it even possible to not spend under 500 here?!? They always have so much awesome and tasty stuff.

I literally love Costco have nothing bad to say at all. Everyone is always so happy and friendly. It’s nice to know people enjoy their job. I wouldn’t have a clue what that’s like and I work retail as well.

My wife and I visited the Costco in Florence Kentucky for the first time. It was a great experience!! They had huge variety and of course many “surprise” items that one always expects when they go to Costco. It was also great that they have a liquor store as well with a very nice selection and pricing. We Came home feeling like we have spoiled ourselves (we happily made several unplanned purchases just like we always do when shopping at a Costco. We love Costco!!!

Had to argue a battery warranty that said 1 year free replacement that was 6 months old. They wanted to prorate. Walked to back of store picked up 2 packages of toilet paper. Stood in line for 15 minutes at register only to be told theres a one package limit with no sign or warming. I requested and was gibin my membership.fees back. Glad I kept my Sams membership.

I went in here to renew my membership since it had been a while since I had let it lapse. The worker attending me refused to let me renew my membership since I had no papers proving my residency. I have a valid out of state drivers license since I am a student at UC, but I was shocked that I would be refused a renewal due to my out of state license. Instead, I renewed my membership online without any issue. I’m not sure why she took such issue with me other than not liking the state I’m from? Regardless I’ll be shopping at the other Costco locations and not this one.

We always do our bulk shopping at this Costco. They have so much and at crazy good prices. We run an Airbnb and use them to stock all the things we need on the regular. The deal of the Month that we took full advantage was 4 AMC tickets to any movie for $11.97 That is a steal and we bought 10 sets of them which is the limit. Take advantage folks!!

My family and I have always loved Costco, we actually prefer them over Sams. A few of our favorites include the Kirkland brand Cheesecake, the Kirkland brand toilet paper, and the Kirkland brand baby diapers. They also always have awesome deals on name brand products as well! They also keep the place clean, including the bathrooms.

Don’t know what we would do without Costco. It saves our family of 7 so much time and money on quality products. On the rare occasion that we have ever had an issue with something, Costco 100% of the time has made it right. Big fans!

Staff was rude when I asked for help and the return process was bad. Thay tryed to tell me that cood not return the money to my card and tryered giving me cash. Evan even though I paid with card.

They really need a couple red couches in this place. I started shopping here because of Idiocracy. I like everything about this place. Its my happy place. Wish it was closer to me.

Always seems very clean. They have the best fruit and vegetables. My kids love when I go because it often means Ill bring home dirt cheap hotdogs for lunch or dinner from the food court.

This is the third time going to the audio/video department and found the salesmen very knowledgeable and helpful. And I am always surprised at checkout how smooth and fast it goes especially seeing lines of people with lots of items. Staff always friendly.

In general, I have never really had a great experience here. Numerous employees Ive dealt with have either been very rude or very pleasant, there is no in between. The Kirkland brand though is that sparked this review due to being subpar. The straw that broke the camels back so to speak were a pack of bacon crumbles which have another 4 months of shelf life and still molded in the fridge. Largely, youd be better going to Sams, GFS, or just any general grocery store.

Customer service is almost non existent. I went in for a scheduled interview at 5pm on 9/30/2021 got there at 4:45pm had to wait in line for 10min to tell them I was there for said interview, was told to walk past the vehicle (parked inside for display) and wait for someone to come talk to me, almost a half hour had passed before someone said is some one gonna talk to you and I said I think so cause I told them at the membership counter Im here for a scheduled interview at 5.He rolled his eyes a bit and eventually came back to tell me that there was some miscommunication on their part. I replied no worries then it took another 10 minutes plus for someone to come talk to me. On top of that they lied to me about other openings but really only one position was open and they didnt like it when I said I would like any other spot then that...? zack and lisa were the people who interviewed me.i god an email of decline for no reason I even called back to see what the issue was and lisa told me it was because I had a red bull during the interview and she considered that distraction. Gtfoh!

Costco is the ultimate store. Its the personification of middle-upper class and its a beautiful thing that has increased my quality of life and also forced me to come to terms with regrets about being aware of how wasting food works. You want one single thing? Why not have 4 for the price of 1.5 assuming you paid the membership. The first few times you may be aware of how much food you end up throwing away(especially if you grab good ole veggies like me and are feeding only yourself) so it might take some finagling to determine your accurate consumption needs. At any rate, simply a beautiful place to shop, also the peeps there are usually pretty chill. Usually you can find what you need and what you dont need for solid prices but if they dont have what you want its kind of sad to have to go back to Kroger lol.

If only I could get in and out without spending more money than I originally anticipated, but I cant pass up the deals. Love Costco! 😊

Please bring back Maxwell House Coffee to the Florence KY warehouse.It is available at Costco.com but we need it at the warehouse. It appeared at the warehouse only a few times in the past several years.

Due to Covid-19, limited options in the food court. Purchased two slices of pizza. Leary of cheese slice since so much burned area on top. Was not wrong. Was like trying to chew a piece of rubber. Had to toss. Ordered pizza many times in the past (from other Costco locations) and delicious pizza. Not so here.

Always a super nice staff. Great deals and the pizza slices are an added bonus

Like all other Costcos I guess, fairly clean, can get pretty crowded. Some good deals and some things are overpriced. Food court is always a good deal but not much seating area. Plenty of parking even if may have to park far due to large crowds.

What’s the point in having self checkouts if you are going to grab ahold of my buggy and won’t let me go where I want and you try to do it yourself snd won’t let me punch in my own buttons. Enough is enough. If I am going in self checkout get off my back.

Great store to shop for bulk. I wasnt aware on Saturdays they close early. People were shopping and employees start closing areas to stop customers . WOW! So go in the early mornings.

This was a quick trip to pick up dinner from the food court. I know most people think of pizza and hot dogs when they think of the Costco food court, but the chicken bakes and the turkey/provolone sandwiches shouldnt be overlooked. They are an excellent value as well.

You kinda want to buy in bulk here... But while you are here you need a rotisserie chicken for your very next meal... And a pre marinated tri-tip (if you dont know what that is you need it even more.. its beef and you better slow roast it somehow maybe sous vide (what I do)). Any large electronic purchase here I also suggest using those in-house credit card as it adds to your warranty for free.Since my family is small and its a bit of a drive we dont go as often as we probably should to maintain our membership.Also its a good place to get tires... Free warranty... But no alignment... So if you need an alignment go elsewhere... Hopefully one day that will be an option here

Large variety of organic products. Great detail to customer service tons of employees cashiers are available to serve you as well as cashless. Store is always full gas is low tons of sales on different products all over the store can I say anything more thank you Costco it reminds me of how much I never want to go back to Sams club

I absolutely love Costco! They have the great deals on bulk items, clothes, and more. I always try to go there for gas too because it tends to be cheaper than other places. Sad that covid ruined the samples but they have handled everything well.

Horrible experience today with Melissa and her manager. She was extremely rude as soon as we walked up to check out and seemed like she didn’t want to do her job. Then when she asked for my membership card she snatched it away from me as if I’ve done someone to offend her. Next thing I know she’s calling over a manager to “help her” and they tell me that I can’t check out after the hour we just spent in the store. Probably never going to come back. Horrible customer service

LOVE costco. Prices are affordable. Give a great selection and they also offer diesel so I can fill up. :) Big trucks love Costco diesel.I also recently found out I can take down and return some solar lights that only worked for almost a year. What is so awesome is I bought these lights 2 years ago....and they said they would still accept them. I am SO glad I asked if theyd be getting more! Doing that is how they shared I could return them since they stopped working!We have had a costco membership since Cincinnati got one. Best decision ever too.

Its Costco and certainly a nice one at that. The liquor beverage center is separate but is large and has a nice selection. And a much larger selection than the one that I used to shop at, their home store in Issaquah.

Had returns. Took awhile to be done. Waited in line that said returns. Then a woman who had been talking with a customer for 5 to 10 minutes realized I was there and asked if I had a return and helped me. I didnt know all lines were returns. I thought the line labeled returns was the only line. Meanwhile the man in my life was annoyed I was gone awhile. They made my life a little more difficult

Stock up on bulk groceries once every couple months. Still need to catch the local Krogers for completion though. Clothing selection changes enough to keep it interesting. Edibles change gradually and there is always a nice quality selection of fruits, veggies, and meats. Not a big fan of the drink choices, yet there is plenty to choose from. (Many seltzer types). There is a decent selection of automotive, electronics, office supplies, outdoor toys, home improvement, etc. Always an enjoyable stroll through.

This place is fun to go to! New things almost every time I go . Staff are ok but not to friendly but I guess real busy will be back 🐱

Pretty good place to shop. I wouldnt pay for a membership, but go with friends to check it out from time to time. Some good deals to be had, but you gotta buy everything in bulk. Also, not everything is a good deal so you gotta know whats going on to avoid paying too much for some items. A lot of times a decent sale at Target will beat out Costcos price and you can actually buy a smaller quantity too. And almost all the grocery items are cheaper at Aldi, so again just pay attention and dont just assume its a good deal because its a big pack...often times its not.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the store and customer service at membership. I initially got a gold star membership when they first opened in florence KY. The second year at renewal time we upgraded to executive membership. The third we went back to gold star membership, I changed my card and my husband didnt change his. Never had any problems using them.Well we tried the executive membership one more time, but didnt spend that much so I changed back to the regular membership but didnt change my card. Had a lot of things to do and the membership desk workers are slow to get things done. Well the worker who renewed my membership put a block on my account.In addition, lately when shopping there, the items the store would normally carry is no longer available. Most checkers can be very short with customers. There is just no kind interaction anymore. It is, get you in, get your money and get you out of the store. Id rather take my business elsewhere.

So I understand enforcing a mask policy to an extent but it’s possible to do it nicely. They’ve got a few power drunk employees just looking to threaten to make you leave if your mask comes below your nose. Lost my business for good

Its worth it for the alcohol sales alone. If Ohio could let go of there strangle hold on alcohol sales we can get that benefit... Otherwise its a clean store with a few items thats chosen for then that they have other Costcos dont have.

Asked for help purchasing a giant floating pad. They were eager to help me and did everything!Carried the product to the check out. Loaded it on a cart for me. Stored it for me to pick up tomorrow since my car was too small to carry it home today. Good price. Great service. I love this place!

When the cashiers got a covid differential they were WAY NICER.

This isnt our home Costco but we love it here. They have a separate liquor store where you can get great Kirkland brand liquors and regular name brand liquors for a great price. I especially like the Kirkland gin. The store itself is also neat and clean and they have all the typical Costco goodness.

This is probably my favorite Costco out of the 3 in the area. They tend to have the items I am looking for here vs the Springdale one.It’s also a bit quicker to get here since I live in downtown CincinnatiIt also has the liquor store attached.
