I recently bought a 21 Bullet with a 250 Pro Xs about 3 weeks ago. I live close to Knoxville,TN and drove 5 hours to get there. I was told the boat ran awesome and their service team looked over and fixed everything it needed. They ensured me there was a water test performed and it ran flawless. I pulled it back to Tennessee and dropped it the water the next day. Would not move much and definitely would not get on plane. I called them within 15 minutes and explained everything. As I was loading the boat the trim motor went out. ( they told me they replace it). The next day they told me since I lived so far away to take it to a dealer I trusted. Turns out the motor was blown and the trim motor was not replaced. Eric Fisher stayed in contact and said they would take care of it but needed to check with his team. The bill got emailed to them today and they refused to even help out. Then they blocked and avoided our phone calls and emails. I have an attorney in that area and plan to get the money back. I will never recommend them!!!!

On 8/7/21 (8 weeks) ago my 2020 Cub Cadet ZT154 pto came off. Bolt broke in shaft. I took it to Shoals Outdoor (certified dealer for cub cadet) Florence location. Service department stated that they had fixed the same issue on a couple of the model like mine. Due to part of the bolt being broke off I expected it to take a little time. Being mower is still on warranty up to 30 days. About 2 weeks after dropping the mower off I got a call that they got the bolt out and had to order the replacement bolt. I waited a week or so and called to check on my mower and was told the bolt was on back order. Then I was told it should be her on said such day, never no call that my mower was ready. I called Tractor supple where I bought the mower and talked to the store manager he was professional and tried to help. He took a bolt to the store but it wasnt the right one. I asked the bolt size and found one the next day at local hardware store and took to Shoals Outdoor 10-1-21. Service department stated they would have it ready the next morning. I arrived Lil after 9 a.m. to pick up my mower. Service department stated that he had been working on mower this morning but the switch on seat is worn and needs to be replaced that it would be and hour or two before its ready (why wasnt the switch changed the 8 weeks its been over here). I wasnt waiting that long nor was I about to drive another 45 minutes to come back and get the mower. I. Said Id just take my mower with me. They brought mower out parked it behind my trailer. I started it up and low oil light was flashing. I checked the oil and it was completely empty. Long story short my experience with the service at Shoals Outdoor Sports in Florence was very unprofessional and bad. The guy I was dealing with name is Chuck I believe. I feel there was more that could have been done to meet customer satisfaction that wasnt done.

Update...........We have got our new Polaris 570 Ranger. The guys Donnie and Eric did a awesome job at getting us what we wanted. So these guys get 5 stars. Thank youWe drove 2 hours to get there because a guy named Nick Hall posted on market place that they had a great variety of Rangers to choose from. He wouldnt respond to message sent to him. Then when we got there they wouldnt let you in due to the covid 19. When we got there the ones he posted that we was going to buy they didnt have any.After the post got read by a guy named Eric he contacted us and he apologized for the trouble of everything. So after talking to Eric we will give them a four star in place of the 3 stars. And if they follow up with us when they get one in like they said we will give them a 5 stars review.The guy Nick not so much.

We have texts to prove where you all told us to bring the boat to a reputable shop in TN. We have texts to prove that we have put 0 hours on it from buying it from you. We have texts to prove you guys knew it was broken and lied to us. You guys are nothing but liars and frauds. I wouldn’t recommend this business if it was the last boat shop on Earth. Lol. I will have EVERY single one of my friends and family members get on here and rate you. You all should’ve done the right thing but you chose to be unprofessional and dirty. You sold a BLOWN UP BOAT AND MOTOR to us after promising it had no problems and promising you ran a water test. Lies lies lies. But just like the rest of your bad reviews, you get on here and make excuses and blame the buyer. We won’t let this go.

Brought my zero turn lawnmower in for full service with only 34 hrs that has always been garage kept,it was supposed to be done that day but wasn’t. Instead it turned into 2 weeks for something that maybe takes 1.5-2 hrs to get done. Mean while I was never told they where just letting my mower set out in the pouring rain and we had a bunch of rain that 2 weeks. I liked to never got my seat to dry out and now not sure how long belts and other parts will last that are clearly rusting. LIE LIE LIE IS ALL I GOT FROM THESE PEOPLE FROM FLORENCE LOCATION AND I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK. I DIDN’T PAY THEM ALMOST$4500 for a lawnmower that used one summer for them to treat it like junk.

I really enjoyed doing business with shoals outdoor both stores had good salesmen that helped me find what I wanted. Wayne Wilkinson the saleman I used was very helpful on getting financing and everything set up.

My husband recently dealt with the service department at the Florence location. They were rude and unprofessional. We could have saved 5 hours of our time if we just took the BRAND NEW Ranger somewhere else. We dropped it off and it stayed at the dealership for 2 weeks. Picked it up today and they didn’t do anything to it. The battery should not be dying after only having it since November. They were supposed to put on a new battery or new switch and they DID NOT DO ANYTHING to it. Will NOT be taking it back.

Amazing dealership! Best prices by far and worth a drive. There really is no hidden fees. I just bought a 2020 Sportsman Titanium 570Eps and love it. I will buy all my Polaris vehicles from here in the future. Edit..I also purchased a 2020 Polaris sportsman 850 with trail package a couple weeks later. James Bullock was my salesman for both purchases and he did a great job! This place is awesome!

I purchased a new Polaris rzr just a week ago at shoals outdoor in Florence AL. Buying process was a breeze. In and out quickly. The pre sale was one of the best experiences Ive ever dealt with. BUT once I got home with my unit I had some issues that came up with the machine. I contacted my seller and told him the issue I was having. He did respond on his day off. I messaged again the next day to see if he had any answers for me, but I have yet to receive a response. So I called the service department myself to see what I could do about the issue. I talked to a gentleman that he said he would call back with an appropriate time. Im still waiting on that call also. I hate leaving reviews like this but when someone spends over twenty thousand dollars at a business such as this you would expect a better class of service. I will not be recommending shoals outdoor to anyone for anything.

Bought a mower from Shoals and it broke down 6 weeks later with an idler issue . It took two weeks to get a bolt and washer for my deck which was not acceptable to me knowing the volume of mowers they sell. No one was caring about a new sale and a poor quality product they sell. Only pressured me for extended warranty!!!

Awesome place with lots of options to choose from and great prices with no fees! I bought my used ranger crew here from Chris Nunley and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and he was even able to have the service department add some accessories to the machine while I waited. I highly recommend coming here to get a SxS if you are in the market.

Junk. Paid over 12.000 for a 570 ranger . it has 4 hrs on it. You get to 40mph and it goes dead. Misses. Back fires as soon as the motor gets warm. Buyer be wear.

Only giving 1 star because it’s required. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. We bought a 2020 Polaris RZR from them after going over the paperwork and payment prices we decided against buying with them due to insurance raising the cost. We were then told by Wayne our salesman that insurance is NOT REQUIRED with this loan and he could take it off to drop our payment. That being said & done, we proceeded to purchase the RZR. Almost 4 months later, we get a letter from the bank saying our RZR MUST be insured or they will cancel the loan. Great way to get a sale, you have to lie to your customers. Will never be back nor recommend this place to anyone.EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENT : No one ever stated you sold insurance. The insurance was added to our loan and we declined the sale after that our salesperson ran back to the office and took the insurance OFF and said it’s not required to have insurance so your payment is now $298/ month so we decided to take it. Then we get a letter stating if we do not have proof of insurance in 10 days the loan will be canceled. We were told insurance is not required by your salesperson just to get a sale.

Just trying to figure out why they will not open when other businesses are open. We came to get a few items and it’s just difficult to shop completely over the phone when you are a first time owner. We would have bought our boat locally, but couldn’t do a test run and really couldn’t get our questions answered because the salesman would only talk on the phone. If you know what you are looking for and have expertise in the area, I’m sure you will be fine. But first time buyers might consider elsewhere.

The only negative thing I can say is the people I spoke with in the morning could have done a better job at explaining what was going on with the covid 19 procedures. It seems as if I may not have even had to go out there for the way the process worked out. But Donny was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the unit we purchased today!

Will say anything just to make a sale. Won’t keep their “promise” to have repairs performed before you pick up the product you purchased. Will let you leave their lot with a trailer loaded with a boat (large and heavy boat) without the factory equipped trailer hydraulic surge braking system working at all!!! Terrible customer service, especially after the sale!!!

I’m not the one to get on here and down a company at all but I’ve had enough of it!!! Just cost me $75 to get there mess up fixed. If you want your stuff to get fixed and fixed right I highly recommend you DO NOT take it to Shoals Outdoor Sports in Florence they are a joke!! They will put blades on upside down.!! I’m lucky it didn’t mess my deck up on my mower.. $2000 is what my deck would cost. Just a heads up they wouldn’t fix mine so I had to go to Neal’s tire in center star!!! Shoals outdoor sports is a joke not good business at all!!!

Late post:On 8/26/16, my husband and I traveled from southern Arkansas to make our purchase with Chuck Walker at SHOALS OUTDOOR SPORTS. Before the decision to buy was made I had numerous conversations with Chuck. Every time we spoke Chuck was super nice and very informative. If he was not sure or just simply didnt know the answer, he asked someone and got back with us in a timely manner. Upon our arrival at SHOALS OUTDOOR SPORTS we were greeted with great customer. While there, EVERYONE and I DO MEAN EVERYONE was extremely nice and they exemplified great teamwork and excellent customer. I highly recommend anyone interested in making a purchase to make the drive to Shoals. THEY ARE TRULY COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU will be treated with respect, honesty, and great customer service. It took us a while to get there and the paperwork took a while but it was well worth the drive and the wait! They never answer the phone. The lady that answers the phone had to get up go see why the guys would not answer the phone and we literally heard the whole conversation the guys said they just did not want to answer the phone. Its a shame. Tuscumbia store is great. The florence store is horrible this is our second time have to have them fix something under the warranty. They are rude and Hunter never calls anyone back. If you do business with them go to tuscumbia!!!

Unorganized and don’t communicate internally very well. Its like the front phone and the back shop drop the ball in whose in line next, and why they are out in the hot truck waiting 1 1/2 hours

Called the service department the week of 06/22 and explained to the gentleman what speakers and amp I had and that I wanted them installed on my new pro xp and told them how and where. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. He scheduled me for 8:30 Tues. 06/29. I will admit I pulled in at 8:44. I was told the previous week it would only take me a couple of hours. I receive a call at 11:30 later in the day saying the service tech can’t install the speakers because of an issue with fit and they recommended Rockford Fosgate of course what they sale. The rub is I was told from the start after explaining exactly what I have and want installed it wouldn’t be a problem. Maybe the service guys answering the phone should be trained in the actual service department so a customer doesn’t have to load their sxs, drive it there drop it off for an 8:30 appt to only have it looked at 3 hrs later and was able to pick it up 10 mins after the call saying they wouldn’t work so they hadn’t even attempted install. I would stay away from the service department, reps tend to just say yes we can without knowing anything about the vehicles being serviced. Also wouldn’t recommend having them wash it here as well since the wash guys, one in particular likes to treat everyone else’s sxs like it’s his own by rawhiding the hell out of it. We purchased ours new from the dealership and had them wash it while we were waiting in the parking lot to load it up. I was just given the whole spiel about the break-in period to watch a wash guy take a pedal to the metal joy ride across the parking lot in our new 30k sxs. For this act, we were given the kit to perform our first service on it for free and multiple apologies and he will get a stern talking to. Interesting because I guess some men you just can’t teach, because today while dropping the vehicle off for the failed stereo install, here is Mr. Wash Guy driving the tractor and cutting me off while coming within 6 inches of taking out the front of my truck. Now I’m sure I’ll get the whole it’s covid-19’s fault generic response for all of this so I’ll just say this: Grant in sales is awesome. I will be leaving a separate 5 star review based solely on this gentleman and his actions. Service advisers clueless, lacking customer service and never have your ride washed here unless you’re comfortable with you not being the only one driving your machine like they stole it. FYI, I worked in the boating industry for 5 and half years if our yard crew behaved this way they would be looking for employment because we knew customers came first because without them good luck keeping your doors open after you can’t blame it on covid-19. Plus there are to many people out there looking for work that will actually take pride in what they do.

There are no hidden fees or charges the price they quote is the price you pay (no set up, delivery, destination, sunny day, cloudy day or other fees). They even let us use their trailer to bring it back home to Tennessee. The staff (Nick) did a great job. This is our new go to power suppo dealer. This is my first UTV purchase. Kevin not only explained all the functions of the 570 he went into detail of the importance and steps I should take for a proper break in. Not only did Kevin arrange delivery to my home he personally delivered my 570 ( after store hours may I add on a Saturday ) If this is an indication of the quality service you have then I am a life long customer and I commend you and Kevin.

But if your like me and want a new UTV with only 0.5 hours out of the box then go find one anywhere else. Looks to me like Shoals Outdoor sports ordered WAY to much inventory then they could ever sale or warehouse. Oh but if you ask them they sale like 258 units a month....
