If your lucky.... you will find it.

I have donated several high end things in excellent condition. Recently took in 12 boxes of beautiful (but wrong for my home) ceramic tile; still boxed. The staff at the donation door was unbelievably rude to me. And its not the first time. I dont expect a pat on the back, but simple human kindness would be nice.

Every time you go there you’ll find new things beds are brand new dishes and all the things along the wall are usually about a dollar each

Love this place. If you like to redo cabinets or tables or couches or chairs...or light fixtures of all kinds including pendant lighting or maybe you like Chandeliers they have it all! And CHEAP!PLUS if you want to donate furniture or whatever you can!You just have to check it out.

Everything neat and well organized. Found a gorgeous chair for $5! Doesnt get any better than that!

Ok... So imagine a marketplace in which a person would purchase hardware or home-improvement products and tools....A Hardware store, right.............So now picture a marketplace in which all of the products and items have been marked down to a discounted price!!with a wide array of many products used for renovations of all sorts!! Almost certain to find something youll need...

Weve been going there for years. Have purchased furniture, lamps, plumbing supplies, bathroom vanity, shelving, office supplies (they take about anything), paint brushes and all manner of odds and ends. Once we were rehabbing an older house and found a box of vintage glass door knobs that worked perfectly. Prices are very reasonable and they often have sales. Come browse around even if you arent looking for anything specific. Nice and helpful staff.

Staff is very unprofessional and lazy all sitting behind the desk on cell phones. One employee had on flip flops in a warehouse. If thats not a OHSA violation I dont know what is.

Always helpful, always friendly. Its a RE store, some stuff is awesome, some stuff is appalling. Appliances, windows, doors, cabinets, sinks, tubs, toilets, fixtures, fasteners, plumbing supplies, some tools, tile, even TVs and wall art. Well organized. Be able to load and carry your own stuff. They keep costs down with small staff, not always available to help load. Some deals are pretty fabulous though, so if you are rehabbing a house, stop here first and get some high end stuff amazingly priced. Name brands and off brands.

Got some really nice high end pieces for my home very reasonable. Got to get there early for the nicest stuff. Great store love it. Emoyees are very nice and helpful.

They stopped discounting the merchandise and raised all of the prices. Will go to bond hill store next time, at least their staff is friendly

Got some pretty good deals. Managing could use a little improvement. Saw that some folks haul appliances home that ends up not working. Doesnt Re-Store have a receptacle they can plug into before going through all the trouble ? Just saying. PS, I like them french fries Taters. MMM HMM 🙂

Always worth looking at what they have but sometimes needs a Keen eye cause they will sometimes price things so high thats your better off buying new. Still love bargain hunting there!

This is a fantastic resource. That have tons of stuff, some great some not so great, but overall an excellent store.

The store is huge. It has a lot of dicferent furniture and housing options. Unfortunately you just dont know whats in there and what isnt. Most of the stuff is good, but some isnt so nice. The prices are pretty reasonable. The only true downside is never knowing what is available there. Its completely based on donations so i would call before making the trip. Friendly staff. Also there is no help to load furniture and deliver it. Bring your own help.

This organization provides tremendous aid to those most in need - helping them to get back onto their feet. Im so thankful for this organizations work with the most vulnerable among us.

You never know what you will find in this store. Always fun to walk around and explore.

U can really clean up@this place. It is like any donation based establishment, a hit n miss kind of venture - u can find quality that is not in the stores amymore. But its very hit or miss. Luckily Goodwill is@the other end of the strip mall here so its good2hit up both@the same trip. From chandeliers, to recessed lighting to excellent quality used furniture to various odd lots of quality linens or paint supplies or kitchen cabinets...it does change daily like ANY thrift store. If u c something u like or need, dont plan2come back cuz it wont b there. Good luck n help their cause by donating today!

Very displeased with the Hamilton location. Ended up making 2 trips to the Restore and both times the purchased appliance did not work, even though I was told they had been purchased from another company who refurbishes them. Extremely frustrated at wasting my entire day hauling this in my truck, up and down basement stairs, and unable to just outright return it since I have to settle for store credit (and was told it is only valid on that location of the Restore). Not really willing to roll the dice again on another item that may or may not work once Ive spent the time to get it into place, hook it up, and try it out.I have never had so much trouble with anything I have purchased from other locations of the Restore.
