They have alot of items that could be used for gifts. But more than likely to keep. At very reasonable prices.

Had an offer to sign up for a rewards program. Was told we would receive a 15% discount. Then when we tried to redeem it they said we had to have an email to receive the discount. Very false. As we left the store the two clerks were laughing at us. Will NOT go back to Big Lots!!! Very disappointed!!

Didnt have what I wanted. Truth be told NO one in town did. But amazing, thoughtful, customer oriented employees more than made up for it!

I highly don’t recommend, I left my iPhone XR on the shelf by accident shopping in the pillow section and called the next day to see if someone found it and they said they had one but I described it correctly and was told it couldn’t be given to me, and if it wasn’t on the shelf it was left in the buggy I sent the next day to check only a employee would have found it and they are trying to get into . Hate this place

Stopped in from out of town and found some wonderful things for my daughters new apartment. The checkout was very cluttered and a bit stressful though.

Pretty good place to shop. Has just about anything you need from food and drinks, to kitchen supplies, appliances, etc. They also have really low prices compared to other places. Would recommend

The store is always well kept and freshly stocked, which makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. Everyone Ive worked with at this location is nothing but helpful. I bought a bedroom set, a sofa, and a loveseat here and had an incredible experience. Jeff - in their furniture section - was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I had a unique financial situation which made checking out slightly difficult but he was more than willing to help out and made it very easy on my part. I will definitely look here first for future purchases.

I have had excellent customer service in furniture, Jeff was so patient when I was applying for lease to own, and that is a great program also. The Broyhill couch with 2 recliners in it is wonderful, I suffer from extreme debilitating pain, and really is an excellent couch, ty to all of you in the store you really seem to have people who are trained in customer service, I worked in customer service my whole life till disabled, and quite frankly not a lot of businesses are considerate about the consumer as theoney, Great Job Enterprise Alabama, Big Lots, Suzanne Eigner

Lamont is amazing!! We were in the store for quite a while getting an exchange sorted out and he was very patient and helpful. During our time in the store I witnessed him go above and beyond for other customers as well. I only saw 1 other employee on shift during this time and even when it got busy and he was needed for multiple reasons, he kept his polite and friendly demeanor and handled everything wonderfully!!

I always enjoy shopping with Big lots they usually have everything you are looking for with good prices. They help me get all my purchases in my suv.

Shopping at Enterprise Big Lots is always a pleasure. Ms. Robin is always personable and pleasant. The store is neat and clean, but I do think the clearance areas could be a little easier to shop if they were straightened and kept neat. Overall, I enjoy shopping there.

Got there 15 mins before closing to buy a few pieces of furniture. The manager Lamont was very happy to help. He had closed down the furniture department already but set it back up and stayed an hour after closing to get our transaction processed and make sure his customers were happy. Will definitely be buying more from here.

Great place to get furniture and other household items

The associates always greet you upon entering the store and are always eager to help. Also store is always clean with merchandise easily accessible. No palates of merchandise in the aisles.

Was a well organized store. Was clean & neat. Everything is clearly marked qith a price. The down side was only 1 employee asked if we needed any help. The other 3 employees that we came across never greeted us or even made eye contact. They very to busy doing tasks.

My customer from the young lady named Kristin was EXCELLENT. She was very polite & knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. She was patient & thats what mattered most to me. I Highly recommend you find HER if you go in to shop

Went there get rugs for my house and my goodness are they over priced. They are a bit ovepriced on household furnishing. I still like shopping there for other stuff. The employees are very friendly and informative. Management very friendly. They dont mind talking to the customers. Great job

Theres no one to help you in the Enterprise store all you have to do is keep walking and walking walking and Im handicapped its hard for me to walk I cant breathe they ought to think about hiring some help

Always seem to wonder in here while I am out and about without intentions of going here, but always do and come out with a bag or two or full of stuff. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean. Good place to find decorative holiday stuff.

Big Lots has changed over the last few years they have gotten a better variety of different things. They now sell nice looking Furniture for a great price.

Every time I go into the store they change there stock. The building also could use an update. The paint inside the store is all chipped and faded and the floors need to be stripped and rewaxed. They look soo dirty.
