Its been a week since I purchased my Infiniti Qx60 from this dealership and I am pleased with the service. I bought an overpriced van from this place for my business. After much delay when purchasing, and despite telling Simon and others that we need commercial plates. After several hours delay, and a necessary oil change, we didn’t get the plates we needed, which has hurt my business because of this place’s incompetence. In addition, the van’s check engine light turned on a week after purchase.Next time pay attention to what your customer is telling you. The attitude as if you are doing us a favor, has cost us thousands because of your laziness.Edit:If you have a 30 day window for my check engine light, I should be able to come in and get it fixed. So let’s see if that’s true. You didn’t mention anything about the plates until after we purchased the van, despite me telling you numerous times that it is for my business. It is a $65 ticket every time the meter maids see my van with the passenger seats removed and no commercial plates. It’s $115 for parking in a commercial zone. I need to do both for my business. You mentioned your inability to procure commercial plates a total of Zero times prior to purchase.
