I really like things remembered stores and what they sell, but I have a concern regarding Parkway Plazas employees, most of them are very nice, helpful and respect their customers. Unfortunately, an associate named VIK was very rude disrespect the customers and business. I believe she needs to learn more about customer service from upper management!

Needed a personal item for my sons graduation. Luckily while on my trip to jewelers for his Id bracelet i seen this place. It looked like they had nice things so I went in and they had so much i couldnt choose just one. So a Id bracelet turned out being much more. But it was worth it. Cause he loved it all.

Quick and fantastic service! We went in on my birthday (December 21) and it was crazy busy because of Christmas. We were helped within 5 mins of being in there. And she helped pick and customize my necklace. Even though they were busy, they had it ready for me super fast! Great price, too.

Love their collection of mementoes & collectibles. Always my go to place for that special gift for that someone who means a lot to you. Staff was also very welcoming & courteous, giving suggestions to your occassion.

Great service, I was immediately greeted and everyone was super friendly.Pretty cool concept, you pick from an array of items then get it engraved.My only gripe is that most of the time the engraving is more expensive than the item.

This little shop is in parkway plaza and it does have good gifts for personalized items. I want to buy the whole store. Everything is fun.

I really like this store and what they sell. But I have to complain about the employees some of them are nice and helpful and others NOT. I believe it will be better to them to whach theyre employees customer service.

We ordered a blanket for my grandfather, the blanket came and was wrong, they proceded to blame me for their mistake. The item was reorded and rused shipment on, the item was supose to be in store ready for pick up yesterday, now we are told it will not be ready til late next week, rush shipment my butt. Everytime we have ordered from them somthing was wrong. Never again will I order stuff from them.
