Consistently great work! I scheduled a later pick up time and Regina was able to get it done for me sooner when my schedule opened up. Theyre always super nice even during the hectic seasons and they have a super sweet dog there to greet you as well. :) Highly recommend!

Last time I ordered, they delivered anniversary flowers a day early. This time, I ordered the week ahead. Today, our anniversary, I find out the flowers were delivered to my wifes work at 3:55pm. She leaves work at 3:45. No where did the web site say we deliver to some business late in the day. 0 for 2. Never again.

I was very please and grateful for the professional service I received from Regina at Belladona Florist. I am from out of town and was concerned about placing an order over the phone that would be taken care of in the manner I needed. I communicated with Regina on several occasions and she took care of every need I had. I appreciate the care with which she carried this out. The flowers were beautiful (she sent me a photo which I requested) and the recipient also confirmed that the arrangement was lovely and beautiful.

Excellent Florist! Highly Recommend. When I need something delivered in (or around the Twin Cities) I work exclusively with Belladonna. Despite having never met the staff or setting foot in the shop, in 7 years they have never let me down and (both) family and friends have always had great feedback on their arrangements. They are well worth their fee and then some.

I ordered flowers in the morning and they were promptly delivered same day. Not quite what I expected (they seemed to be not quite as neatly arranged as the picture) but the receiver liked them so that is good. I would give five stars but the cost of delivery was uncalled for. I would suggest a tiered delivery fee with the fee increasing the further away (delivery zones). 11.99 to deliver 2.5 miles seems a bit steep to me. Also, the note was typed incorrectly. Otherwise, everything else was in order.

Belladonna saved our wedding day when our disastrous original florist tried to scam us. She had everything done in a very short time. Her expertise was clutch and she even saved us alot of money. If you have a tight budget like we did, she will find away to make it work.

I was excited to order flowers from a local florist. I have ordered flowers from many florists for years and have always had the best experience when ordering local-- it was not the case this time. I spent $130 after delivery fees and was very disappointed in my $100 arrangement. It was not full of flowers it looked nothing like the lower priced, and fuller arrangements, on the website, and the customer service was poor. I now know this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO IN EDEN PRAIRIE. I have never felt compelled to write an online review before. I hope I save another disappointed customer.

When my original florist for my wedding nearly doubled her original estimation three months before the wedding I was panic stricken. My fiance found Belladonna Florist and talked with Regina about our budget and what we were looking for. She immediately told him we would find a way to make it work. She calmed me down at the consultation and together we came up with floral arrangements I was happy with and we could afford. My bouquet was gorgeous!! All the flowers were! I will always be grateful to Regina for jumping in at the last minute to make my wedding day as magical as it could be! There is no doubt that any time I need flowers I will be returning to Belladonna Florist.

Order a floral arrangement for Grandmothers 88th Birthday. Regina took my order and was extremely helpful when I described what I wanted. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. Brightened my Grandmothers Day!
