I love this Bridal Shop. Formally Yours. I went to this bridal shop this past Saturday. I was very clueless on the style of dress that I wanted. Mrs. Mary and the staff were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about Bridal Gowns. They assisted me with me finding the perfect bridal gown that was figure flattering and very beautiful. Formally Yours is a hidden Gem!!!

Went in to purchase a wedding dress. Found one on the rack that I was going to purchase. Paid $900 towards the dress, then my husband got deployed and the wedding was cancelled, we eloped prior to deployment instead. I called to ask if I could have a store credit since the dress did not have to be ordered, it was already hanging in their store. NO. Half a store credit? NO. This was in September that I spoke with them. Now in April they call again to ask me to pay for the rest and pick my dress up. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Needless to say, I’m still out $900, and I’m not paying the additional money for a dress I won’t wear. I don’t feel this is the best way to support our military, either.

I highly recommend this place...they are awesome! The ladies there are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. We came all the way from AR to get a prom dress for my daughter and they found the perfect one.

Well my original visit to the shop was wonderful! My baby cousin found the dress for prom so we placed a deposit to reserve the dress. Now clearly on the receipt it says all sales are final, no refunds, 30% layaway restocking fee. Well fast forward to now, all events have been canceled. She is a senior, so no need for the dress. Now Im not a dummy, I know getting the entire deposit back is a long shot, but I figured that I would at least get half, because after all I have not purchased the dress, just made a deposit, and the dress is still at the store..right?... WRONG! Not only am I informed of the policy of no refund and all sales being final, but I am told I can either purchase the dress, or use the store credit..that expires in 6 month!!!! Im livid..this pandemic is beyond my control. I understand that its a business, but how does a deposit to reserve.a dress qualify as a sale, when I do not have possession of the dress? Will not be going back .so disappointed! And Im out of $200.

Everybody there is extremely nice and helpful! The bridal gowns there are amazing! Ms. Pamela, one of the store owners has been an angel sent from heaven! She was super flexible and patient with me. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding dress was everything I wanted for a great price!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Although it was a busy day...we still were given so much attention and care. They are sweet and kind and good at their job! My daughter’s prom dress is absolutely perfect! We won’t go anywhere else!

We just celebrated our Mothers 70th Birthday and found this dress at Formally Yours at the last minute. The Shawl was added to cover her shoulders, but she had several geads turning in this Hunter Green Evening Grown. Thanks for making her Birthday very SPECIAL!!!

This was one of the nicest formal shop to which I have ever been. The Sales staff were more than helpful (They stayed after hours to help my daughter find her dress) and I want to say that they showed compassion and kindness for a child that otherwise would not have been able to afford a dress for prom.(deeply discounting a dress for another child) I can not thank them enough for all that they did for my daughter and her friend. I highly recommend this shop if you need a formal for bridal gown. They go above and beyond.
