The beds are awesome you can adjust the firmness on each side. sleepnumber been in business for 34 years.Their new location is easily located and accessible. Located in Gellert Market Place Daly City . They have a very knowledgeable staff of Sleep experts.

I bought one of there “Dual Temp” 1/2queen size bed cool heater pad. It doesn’t cool or heat very well. And the 3 days I used it I had back problems each day. I took the product back to the store I bought it from. They had shipped it to me it cost me $39.00 then to shop it back they charged me &31.00. For a product that I didn’t like and was causing me physical pain! I won’t buy from them again.

Exceptional customer service from Ronn ... learned a lot about the Sleep Number products and the science of sleep comfort and support. No pressure to buy more than I needed (just needed a mattress, not a new adjustable bed frame) and no pressure to purchase that day ... Ronn warned me about a sale starting in the next few days and told me how to retroactively get the lower price if we purchased that day.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable sales people, very patient with all questions and concerns, great sale prices.
