Traveled 1200 miles to come to this store only to see a sign that says that they are closed. See attached pictures. Why not say that you are closed. Tons of dirt on front windows. No pops visible from windows. Very disappointing.

Shumi is the best pop selling distributor hands down I have been buying from them for about 3 to 4 years and thank god there literally Down the block because that free curbside pickup is a free B. Don’t even look at those bad reviews cause they suck and it’s not true not once have I ever complained about a damaged product because they always come in a free pop protector and a great one in fact and they check hella carefully to see that it is in fact mint condition and if there’s ever a problem they have the nicest people working in customer service they will help you, they even write it down in the description if it is not mint in some cases for some exclusive shared funkos like they literally say its not 100% mint it’s the people’s fault if they don’t read right? And with pre-orders it’s not there fault if they haven’t received a shipment why get mad over that just wait a while it’s still going to go to you safe and sound.In all they are a great company and they are super trustworthy give it a go you’ll see what I mean✊🏼 also there closed right now read before you go on a trip to there store!

Dont believe the *Mint* condition guarantee. Its not true and only applies to certain items. Also, customer service is awful. Completely unconcerned that item arrived damaged. Anyone who invests in collectibles knows that dirt and damage decrease value. Item arrives looking like it came from a resale of pre-owned lot, not brand new. Disappointing overall with their lackluster response. It seems since they already have your funds, they are disinclined to rectify less than mint condition arrivals. Thus demonstrating their disinterest and disdain for the customer and your purchase.

Just take my money Shumi, take it all, you totally deserve it! I’ve never really been into Pops before, but I’ve been seeing more and more on the market everywhere I go, but nothing seems to compare to Shumi. A lot of chain retail stores have those ugly price stickers directly on the Pop box, which I never would’ve cared about, until I found out about Shumi. The owner told me that collectors really value the condition of the box, which is why they take extra time and care to check every single one of their Pops for “mint condition,” place them in protectors, wrap them snuggly with a bunch of bubble wrap, then ship out to their customers. Now I understand what all the hype is all about and will definitely continue to get my Pops from Shumi as I start building my army of Pops. Highly recommend!

Place is a scam. Will not ship you your items and are not authentic. Take your money elsewhere if you value yourself and your items. Make promises that they can’t deliver, still haven’t received my preorders and have been waiting almost a year when the preorder clearly states when you should receive the item. Now they want to charge a %20 cancellation fee for their neglectful conduct of business. Don’t mess around with this company, YOUVE BEEN WARNED, written 01/22/2021. Will keep this post updated as to how my refund turns out.

I have placed many Funko Pop orders from Shumi and they always arrive in mint condition in a free pop protector. Shumi has the best pop protectors I have come across. They have a larges selection of collectibles and I have never had an issue when placing an online order. They are also very responsive to emails. Definitely a great resource for online collectors.

Came here with my son as he likes to collect the Funko Pops. And there is a wide selection of Funko Pops for almost all characters.

I ordered a 19 MLB pop lot back in late May. Since 3 of the Pops were set to release in June, I didnt expect the Pops until 1st week in July at the latest since their warehouse takes 1-2 weeks to ship. What makes this situation worse is I have emailed them twice and no response both times. I was wary of ordering since I never heard of this company. I took the chance based on the reviews and I feel like I may have gotten burned. The communication from this business is HORRIBLE. I recommend you go with a more reputable business for your collecting needs. I would change the review but Shumi has given me no reason as of now. For my future Pop purchases Ill pay more somewhere else

Blink and youd miss it! This awesome collectible shop is tucked away in a little parkinglot, but it is just like the TARDIS -- its much bigger on the inside!Specializing in Funko POP! Figures, there is wall-to-wall stock from every franchise imaginable!I stopped in because a friend told me they were having an event where a voice actor from an anime would be signing autographs, and that was really fun!Staff was friendly, and it was a chilly day so they put out space heaters. And to add to the comfort level of the space, there is an area to lounge in the middle of the area. It was an enjoyable experience.I also noted that they were selling product from the latest Magic: the Gathering set (though I saw no evidence that they sell singles).On my way out, I noticed a consignment case, but I didnt ask about the cut that they take -- still a neat idea.All-in-all, this is a great place in the Covina area if you are a fan of collecting Funko POP! figures. I probably wont be a regular customer, simply because I live a half-hour away, and Im not POP collector, but I would recommend it anyone who is!

Placed a couple preorders through shumi and have never been disappointed. Everything always comes in mint condition except one time which was delivery’s error since the package was treated poorly and they took care of it right away. 💯 for customer service! #shumination ! I walked into this place with low expectations. But once I turned the corner, I was in awe. This place has sooo many Funko Pops. Prices are fair and staff is friendly. What more can you ask for? Definitely a place I want to revisit in the near future.

I ordered a 10 pack of pop protectors them a few weeks ago to test them out because ive heard many great things about their protectors. and wanted to see what all of the buzz was about and i ordered them on the 24th and they said got delivered on the 28th at around 1:00 so the shipping was very good, packaged well and arrived very quick and about the protectors their great interlocking bottom and you can lock the protectors as well, very sturdy overall highly recommend buying from shumi and i always like supporting small businesses
