I could not get them to answer the phone to have some flowers delivered to a room. And yes I called during open hours three different times. Used the direct number and through the switchboard. Very frustrating. Called back the next day and got great help. The switchboard did not have correct information nor does the website show correct hours open. No announcement that they were closed due to the weather. Switchboard didnt know either.

Absolutely amazing experience! We are from Oklahoma and were expected to be in counsil bluffs for only a day and my husband had a heart attack. The doctors and NURSES were absolutely amazing CARING and they really made an inpact on us for everything they did for us! #nursepaige 👍

Staff is not good at communicating your needs.Nurse grabbed my legs and dragged them to another table as I had a broken spine. I yelled out in pain and asked her why she would move someone’s legs like that when they have a broken spine. Her reply, “I didn’t know”.They are horrible at staying on top of your pain with calculated and timely medication.I informed nurse my ride was here to pick me up on last day. It was the end of her shift. She left without telling anyone my ride was there. 3 hours later, I can’t believe it’s taking this long. I buzz new nurse in and she had no knowledge my ride had arrived.80% of staff is rude or argumentative.I would never put myself in this hospital again.

They have great items to give to your loved ones who are in the hospital. I was there visiting my aunt in the hospital.

The ER doctor gave my boyfriend allergy medicine, that NOT ONE PHARMACY in the CITY had on hand, when he was clearly in need of an antibiotic & it was on a Saturday so he suffered all weekend until I could get him to our regular doctor. BOO!!!!
