Will NEVER recommend this place. My wife and I called looking to trade her car for a Nissan Rogue and we were told that they had 2 on the lot that met the specifications we were looking for. We let the woman that we spoke to know that we were coming from 3 1/2 hours away and wanted to make sure that they had them and we were assured that they had two different options to choose from. We arrived the following day only to be told that they did not have the cars that were were told about, nor had they had a Rogue in about a week. We ended up compromising with another vehicle and were told that they would fill the cars gas tank and detail it while we were filling out paperwork and they did neither. The car obviously wasnt detailed as there were white droplets from some dried liquid all over the back driver and passenger seat and dried grass in the floorboard. The gas tank was less that 1/4 full and when we asked about both we were told it was already detailed and that they actually only put 5 in for gas. I have called for the 4th time today trying to get our license plates and have been told for the 3rd time that they will mail them to us at the beginning of the following week. We found out that the plates have been there since September 1st, we never received a call that they had arrived, and the 1st call questioning when they would arrive was on September 7th and we were told that they had not been received yet. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else!

Miranda was very nice during our visit. But first, we were told the white bronco we wanted and that was on the website, was sold a week prior. Then we continue looking and it’s showing as in stock at their used lot, we call again and suddenly they have it but it was in the service Dept. We were given a trade in price that worked, sat down for the deal and were offered 8 % interest and a 3,500 dollar mark UP above MSRP sticker price. 800 dollar payments for a 30,000 dollar car. I said no way, left that Saturday. On Monday contacted my bank and got a 4% interest rate and called to see about doing it that way, then was told my trade value has DROPPED 3,000 in 3 days. No deal. A week later, I went to Bowden Ford an hour away and got the exact same vehicle for 3,700 LESS AND got 2.9% interest, AND 3,000 MORE for my trade than they offered. I saved over 6,000 dollars by not doing business with Sames. Will never do business at Sames because they acted like my business wasn’t needed.

***UPDATE #2***The GM, Hector Aguilera, called me at 1400 on Saturday to let me know he sat down with his team about customer communications; I appreciated the phone call, it goes a long way building my trust with Sames Ford and I have changed the recommendation to 3* only because of this GM.***UPDATE***Received call by the service writer today at 0951 that vehicle was ready to come pick it up. Arrived at 1250 (3 HOURS after the call) to get it and was told the mechanic was still finishing up the paperwork and the service writer was at lunch and will be back in 30 minutes you will have to wait. Asked to speak to the service director, Kelly Bell, who was more interested in telling me his service writers side of the story and he had seen the earlier comment on Google. He brought me the keys and NO RECEIPT showing what was done to the vehicle. Spoke to the GM, Hector Aguilera, who stated he would talk to his team about communicating with customers. We are all busy and customers can handle delays when communicated.Poor communication. Dropped off our car around 1630 the day BEFORE our 0800 appointment the NEXT day. Called and left a VM at 1445. No call back. Called again at 1612 and told they would check on it and call us back. No call back AGAIN. Showed up at 1735 to pick it up as the RECALL paperwork from corporate states it should take 1/2 day and its not ready and the techs left at 1700. Another poor Ford dealer! Bought a new Ford F350 diesel last year, wont happen again. So over Ford.

My husband made the appointment because it is his vehicle. I just brought the vehicle in. When I got there the service department was not well-marked. I went in and asked for my guy (the name we got when the appointment was made). He didnt act like he knew of the appointment and he just sent me across the street to the quick service place. I only needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was taken care of very quickly (45 minutes or so). I paid my bill, which I found out later was more than they told my husband. I left, made a quick stop on my way home and then a warning notice came up on my dashboard. My tires had been rotated but they didnt bother to make sure the the pressure was right. The vehicle told me my front tires were OK but my back tires were low. That seems like something they should check during the service. Am I wrong? I called my husband and he told me it was ok to drive but we should fix it soon. I probably wont go back to this dealership. Seems like they should have told us where to go when we called, seems like they shouldnt charge more than they quote you, seems like their service shouldnt trigger a warning notice. On the plus side the dealership was easy to find, everyone was very nice, they were quick.

Updated on Post - Hector( sales manager), James (sales) Adrian (sales) along with the service department quickly setup everything to be complete fixed from the tint to the camera. They lent a car out til the fix could be complete which was two days and a half days.Original post- The people in the dealership are nice enough but expect a good wait on paper work. After purchasing a brand new car it had a faulty rear camera, damaged cup holder, and poorly installed window tinting on the drivers side window that had bubbles in one corner and very clearly peeling at the bottom. After setting a time to bring it in for the rear camera install they had the car Friday thru Monday only to have never installed the camera because they actually did not have one. Never called to share that. Brought the car in again one month later and have waited Tuesday, Wednesday and now Thursday for the rear camera to be fixed.The problem was a recall on the backup camera on the 2020 Ford Escape.Tip if buying a car the nitrogen tires and wheels lock they actually cost dollars they are a add on to allow for negotiations.

Byers be ware when you negotiate a price at 0 percent interest because when you sign your paper work the negotiated price could be more than agreed price because of rebates you weren’t aware of. My experience was negotiated at $ 71,250 at 0 percent but after signing paper work the actual price changed to $ 75,665 this why I say buyer BE WARE.

I wish I had never brought my vehicle in. I made an appointment to get some repairs for my vehicle, including repairing the side view mirror that was damaged in a parking lot. The repairs were not finished on time, which meant I had to get a taxi to and from work for several days and the customer service over the phone was horrible. I would not hear back about when my vehicle would be ready for days and when I finally did get a call back, the man was eating while trying to talk to me and took other phone calls in the middle of our conversation. When he told me they only had half the repairs done and did not know when they could finish the rest, I got fed up and went to pick up my incomplete vehicle, only to be turned away once I was there because they were suddenly fixing the rest of the repairs I had been told not an hour earlier they did not have the parts to complete. When I finally got my vehicle back I was charged over $660, more than anticipated and more than the estimates I had found online. As I drove my car home from the dealership, two pieces of the mirror assembly that they supposedly replaced fell off of my vehicle. When I called the service member who had worked on my vehicle, he blew me off and said there was nothing he could do, but I could bring my car in if I wanted and he would look at it again. However when I called to schedule an appointment, he hung up on me as soon as he realized who I was. I began calling their main phone number and having them transfer me to him so he would not realize it was me calling, but he continued to dodge my phone calls. I was charged an astronomical amount for repairs that were not done correctly, not done in a timely manner, and caused even more damage to my vehicle. I will never return to this establishment and encourage others to avoid getting repairs here.

Sames Ford management was also professional and gave me a F-150 purchase contract agreement that I was very satisfied with.During the whole sales process (from start to finish) I knew that I was going to be pleased with my purchase experience. My truck had an 8AM appointment made a week in advance. I took it in and it didnt get seen all day. I had to take it back in the next morning at 8. The service person would not answer her phone either day, nor did she update me, as promised. Then she charged $125 for an inaccurate diagnosis, a charge she never mentioned. My husband picked up the truck because I had a client come in and couldnt leave... The service person told my husband that she had informed me about the charge - that was a lie. He paid it (we would have agreed to it if we HAD been informed), but it wasnt accurate anyway. She told me it would be almost $1400 in parts and labor. My husband did some googling and ordered the parts online for about $100, then spent about half an hour replacing the pieces that actually needed replacing.This was the ONLY place I trusted with my truck, but now I wont return. The trust is gone - they are the epitome of everything people fear from their mechanic.

Im 50/50 on this place. I will start with the bad. I bought my new truck (F250) and a day later noticed very bad wobble coming from the steering wheel. I took the truck in and they said they fixed it well they didnt. So I went back finally they fixed the problem. Then my doors were misaligned so the front and back doors were rubbing/hitting against each other. The front grill had residue on it that the detail guys from dealership were unable to take off. I had to wait over 3 months to resolve the issue! I had go and ask for the bed cleats and a new antenna that was damaged. Nobody would call me back or follow up after being told about the problem? This was after me driving to the dealership multiple times and following up face to face due to no responses! Oh and multiple fluid levels were low! Never told them about that, I thought it would take to long to to resolve. All of these things could have been avoided if there was a better process in detailing and inspection prior to someone purchasing the vehicle! One of the worst things a customer wants is having to bring back their BRAND NEW vehicle to get fixed! Talking about buyers remorse.... The good. James and Armando seemed really genuine in helping. David the financial guy was really good at his job in finishing up paperwork and being an all around pleasant guy to talk with. The front desk ladies were always very nice in directing me to who I needed to talk with. I would have probably rated the place a 1 star if it wasnt for those people. If someone would like to talk with me about this feel free. I had multiple other friends/family wanting to vehicles, I dont know if I would recommend this place.

Everyone was so nice and they were more concerned with getting me something Id be happy with and payments I was comfortable with rather than just making a sale. I went to a lot of places, but still came back to Sames. Couldnt be happier with my Sames experience!

I just had an amazing buying experience with Sames Ford. I purchased a new 2013 Ford Fusion in black. The general manager and sales staff were extremely friendly and professional. The best part was they found a way to work with my trade and my credit score, which was far from perfect. I would recommend any one of my friends to buy a new Ford from Sames!

Always great service when I take my vehicle. On my recent visit, I was able to bring my small (non-service) dog in the waiting area, which was great because it was very hot outside on this particular day. Service was fast and efficient and always with a smile. Thank you Sames Ford.

I sold them my vehicle and it was such a smooth process. Amborly was very responsive and kept me in the loop of what was going on. Afterwards, I needed some additional paperwork to take to Lithia (NEVER go there!) and they still went out of their way to help me, even though I did not buy a car from them. As a first time buyer, I was expecting it to be very difficult to get a car & a good deal, but .. I was wrong! My sales man was Mr. Shannon Brown & he was extremely helpful and he helped me get the BEST deal out there. Also helping me out was Mr. Hector Aguirre, he contributed a lot in the car I ended up taking home! Overall I had a great experience and was given great customer service! If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle soon I recommend having these 2 salesmans help you out!

Bought my 2014 F 150 from them and the process was quick and painless, the salesmen had knowledge of the trucks he was selling and knew what he had on the lot. I went shopping at another dealership and their service was nothing compared to Sames Ford. My family has bought several vehicles from them that is why they were my first choice at getting my first brand new truck from them they also gave me a great trade in value for my old truck which i was surprised how much they gave me for it. I would recommend giving them a shot.

We bought a vehicle back in sept and had a great experience with an excellent salesman Randy. Then we referred a friend and they also bought a vehicle and I was told we would be getting a $100 referral bonus. To this day have not seen the check, Ive called the office and have gotten no help whatsoever.. back in Oct was told that check was going to be mailed out and still nothing. Spoke with a George Pena and he stated would be taking care of it and it would be 5-7 days, well time has passed and still nothing. I dont understand what is taking this so long and why no one returns my calls.

I LOVE this place!! Went in car shopping and Danny Guiterrez made it so easy. I test drove one and it was fine, but the next one he brought out was exactly what I was looking for!!! The staff is incredible. I will always shop Sames!!!
