Went Drive Time a few times since last year. They are rude and not to helpful. The last test drive we did. The manger got after my wife for test driving one of there Cars. Said she wasnt allowed. Without her info. We end up going to Sames Super Center and got a 2017 Dodge Charger. Very easy. I recommend Sames Super Center.

We went to have a appointment to test drive a 2012 Lexus that we found online for 14 thousand dollars when we went to test drive it the car info said it was 16 thousand dollars and the car didnt even start when we tried to test drive it very bad customer service.

Just another switch and bait, website is very misleading so is there a credit application online and also their trade-in estimator on your vehicle, I definitely would not waste your time going in until you have all the details and the behind the scene gimmicks that they pull you to come in.

Horrible experience. Reserved a vehicle from a different city with a down payment, returned the next day to see and test drive vehicle and it had 4 tires worn to the wear bar and transmission issues. Decided to try to look for a different vehicle on the lot, found one 5 YEARS OLDER with 30,000 MORE miles on it, but the exact SAME PRICE as the first car... and was told they needed another $1000 down for that one. Made absolutely no sense to us, so we decided to just have our down payment returned and we’d look elsewhere... what do you know... there’s an issue. Although their paperwork states that if you pay by credit card your $ will be returned to the card immediately (cash-7-10 days, check-7-15 days) they informed us that we’d probably have to wait until a check was issued and sent to their office and then we’d need to drive back over and pick it up. No worries, I filed a dispute with my bank and my $ was returned immediately. DriveTime is a joke. So glad we walked away from there before making a commitment we’d regret. ✌🏼

We had gone to three dealerships and no one could help us. We got an approval quick and easy within minutes! Overall I was very happy with the service. The employees exceeded their customer service and they made me feel like they wanted to help me. You cam truly see the love the employees have for their job and customers. We stayed two hours after they closed just to get me in a car. I am so happy and excited!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DRIVE TIME. COMPLETE SCAM!! These are my personal experiences with them. a couple years back my dad bought us a car from there. after we had the car for a month we had to switch out the alternator. I thought hey not every car is perfect so when it came time for me and my boyfriend to get a car we tried drive time. two weeks into having the car it starts being weird. not starting. since we still had the warranty we let them take it to a mechanic. it was towed because it wouldnt start. so the mechanic did a diagnostic test and said there was nothing wrong with it. and the insurance for the warranty from drive time said they werent going to pay for it since there was nothing wrong with it. we had to raise hell because obviously we wouldnt have had our only car towed when we didnt have money to pay for it. the warranty was supposed to take care of it. they ended up only paying the diagnostic test and wanted us to pay the rest of it. lucky for us the mechanic felt so bad because he couldnt find what was wrong and helped us with the fee. but as soon as we got it back it did the same thing. and they said theres nothing they can do to help us and keep insisting theres nothing wrong with it. I wasted all the money I saved up in this car.. I really thought drive time was gonna be good and help me get a good car but I was so wrong. now were paying almost 500 dollars a month for a messed up car because we dont want to ruin our credit. in the end its your choice but I highly advise you to try everywhere else before here! dont make the same mistake we did. oh and dont get confused by all these good reviews. drive time has you write a good review when you purchase the car!
