They’re very not personal and act like cyborgs following policy - I’m disabled from a car accident and have told them I can’t make it there to close the account and they said no you have to come here to do it or send someone. I don’t have anyone that can travel an hr and a half out of my way to do that for me. I told them the pass code to my unit and that I’m not paying them anymore and if they want to keep my account open that’s fine. If someone else does this for me I’d be happy. The unit number is 819 the code to the lock is S-H-R-N please CLOSE MY ACCOUNT UHAUL

I went to the Clinton location this morning for some moving supplies and had a great experience. Tammy greeted me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. In addition she saved me a lot of money by pointing out some free boxes another customer had returned which were exactly what I needed. The whole transaction was very positive and I would recommend Tammy and the Clinton location, from which we have previously rented vehicles from before, as well.

Trusted @uhaul in Clinton, MA to store my family’s possessions. Storage unit leaked. Our stuff froze to the floor. Mold everywhere. Manager admitted it’s been an ongoing problem at facility. $10k of damage, and they still charged me the storage fee. Go elsewhere! 👎

Rented a UHaul Monday evening for a couple hours. Was returning it after hours. Tried to return it multiple times on the app but my location was not found. I tried on both my iPhone and Android, toggling the location services on and off and got the same result. I tried calling for support at 1-800-UHAUL to no avail. I was there for 25 minutes trying to making this work.I left the key in the after hours box and called this location explaining why I was unable to return via the app/website and they are unwilling to refund the late fee charged to me for not using the website/app for returning the truck.

We bought a 10×20 storage unit it states we have 48 hrs to clean out the unit they lied it really only 16-18 hrs you have not 48hrs will be contacting the better business bureau today,in Coop to file a compliment

The sales person here (Chris) was fantastic.He was very helpful and friendly.He explained things expertly with just enough detail. We only came here expecting a quick in and out because it was almost closing time. Instead he was very polite and seemed very interested making sure we were happy.

This place is busy, so I suggest reserving your truck a few days in advance.Self storage is as advertised, doors are wide and easy to operate. Service is very consistent and mobile-friendly. Have never had an issue with billing.Recommended!

Dont do business here. The female manager will pull the gender card out on you claiming she feels threatened and not to visit the store or shell report me. Then report you to the president of the company with such outlandish allegations THAT I THREATENED HER AND SHE DIDNT FEEL SAFE. All because I wanted to visit the store and straighten out after hour service fee ( truck was returned before close) and a fuel fee ( which I put 5 gallons in the vehicle) which I was charged for. Both of which i havent been refunded yet!! Worst experience ever!!! Never in my life have I felt so disgusted with a persons actions. Couldnt believe the MANAGERS behavior. Almost similar to my toddlers throwing temper tantrums because they didnt get there way. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

My family and I called to rent a truck, Spoke to a lady named Tammy, she was very nice and very Professional.

Employees were wonderful. Rental was ready to go and a smooth easy process. Only complaint, the computer system is completely outdated and extremely slow. The employee helping me was having a difficult time getting anything to load as system was taking so long. He was very apologetic for the amount of time it took to load. These guys are amazing employees and deserve a system that works.

The Clinton, Massachusetts U-Haul location provides a clean, well-stocked, well- organized facility.Despite the trying circumstances we are all currently coping with, Chris and Tammy provided courteous, kind, professional service; thereby insuring a most pleasant and efficient rental experience.

Was supposed to have water access for starting or washing boats canoes ATV or car/truck. Repeatedly said it was coming. Never happened. Power nonfunctional at storage bay. Rates go up every year to a point where even a small unit for tools etc is just stupid expensive. Moved to cheaper place with both power and water.Nobody creeping around my unit or bay anymore.

Did the job, but their website for returning vehicles and equipment needs work. Made the end of the experience rough

Staff were really nice and helpful, took their time to double and triple check everything I ordered to make sure it was accurate, the helped put my packaging order on my car.

When we had booked a truck over the summer and that location the day before emails to say they dont have a truck, we called around but most locations had closed by then, this place was open. We asked specifically if they had a certain sized truck in the lot and were told they did, so we booked it.A half hour later, when another location was closed, we got a call back from here to say they dont have a truck and we can pick it up in the Gardner location. Our move, which had originally started out being less than 10 miles total, for getting the truck, moving and returning it turned into around a 60 mile detour to go pick the truck up. They wouldnt waive the extra fees. Truck was much smaller than the one we booked to add insult to injury meaning the move had to be done in two trips.Incompetence or a rip off, hard to say, but probably both.

This place is a true RIP OFF.... Although they guy that runs this location is friendly and courteous he blames everything on corporate. My unit cost $140.00 a month. And thats not even with 24 hr access, they charge more for that.they sent a letter telling us our fees are going up.... We are going to 190 storage in Sterling. We will save $50 a month....Please dont bother with U Haul... They will nickle and dime you for all your worth
