We had a great experience at this store. The staff is very caring and customer-oriented. They were patient, and handled our selective-ness properly.Ashely is great and welcoming and allowed and helped us to pick a perfect ring. After resizing the ring, the fit was not right for us and the store manager John accommodated our return/ exchange professionally, honoring the original deal they had in place (we bought our first ring during a promotion period that ended before the exchange).Both John and Ashley have demonstrated great customer care and made us feel very welcome.Thanks for the great experience.I also want to say that Robert, who handled most of our exchange was awesome and patient. I consider myself a hard customer to deal with and he handled that situation very professionally
My husband and I walked into Zales today looking to add some wedding bands to our collection for our anniversary tomorrow. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman named Robert!!!! He was so kind and truly loved his job! He wanted to make our experience one of a kind and he sure did fulfill that! We walked into another store 5 minutes prior and were completely ignored (my husbands day off) and we were both totally scrubbed out.Anyways, Robert was amazing and helped us fall in love with new bands and helped us make it work within our budget and even get a protection plan. Roberts store manager was also there and gladly cleaned my other rings bought at another store (I did not catch her name but she was a darling!)Anyways thank you so much Robert!!! You are a silver lining in the weird world that we live in currently. My husband and I both work in sales and honestly have not been treated better with such honest, caring and integrity! I hope you see this Robert! You also made our day! THANK YOU!
Went in to do some engagement ring shopping, the sales women blatantly told me to not get engaged (not knowing anything about my relationship other than our age) and compared it to her sons failed engagement at 35 years old. What kind of sales pitch is that? We were incredibly disappointed, went to Kay’s a couple stores down & got a wonderful experience with zero judgement. Will never go back.
Ordered wedding rings 3 months in advance and my wifes never got ordered, they forgot and had to rush to do it 2 weeks before the wedding. Still dont have the ring. Horrible communication and never offered any compensation for the mistakes they made.
