All I needed was replacement of a front headlight. I got the headlight from Auto Zone. They installed it and charged me $22 and change. Always good service. Very knowledgeable.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Van from Rick LaFarge at Jim Raysik. My knee was out and he brought the van to my home after I had researched it and others on the web. He took the van back to get paperwork done and brought papers back to me. The deal was done in 1.5 hours, and I only saw outside of dealership when we drove him back. I appreciated his knowledge and explanation of the van and really enjoyed the lack of pressure. And I was surprised 3 days later when he called to say he’d obtained 2nd set of keys and offered to bring them to my home. I opted to pick them up and see the special vehicles on the dealership floor. I highly recommend Rick LaFarge; it’s hard to find a car salesman who provides such quality service and follow up.

You can bring your dog there. Pretty much all the salesmans are friendly outgoing I think the older ones they have more experience ones are better at dealing with the public then the newer ones. The newer salesman they dont know how to handle different situations so they are uneasy they say they will get back to you,but they wont. Theyre probably hoping that you would just give up or just go to a different salesman.Overall Jim raysik is a really good car dealership I definitely would recommend getting cars there.

The owner Jim Raysik went out of his way to help us by looking at our vehicle that broke down near his dealership, even though it wasnt from a manufacturer he sells. We are very appreciative of Mr. Raysiks help in our hour of need. Their diagnosis of the problem was also accurate, and allowed us to send the car on to the proper dealer to get repaired (turns out it was part of a factory recall).

Were from out of town and headed on a girls weekend. We ran over a dead buck on the highway and my minivan was towed to Rasik late on Friday night. We stayed in a hotel with anticipation of renting a vehicle Saturday morning and continuing on our trip. Well, there are no rental places open in clinton on Saturday. Raysik did not have a designated rental that would hold 6 of us so it was looking grim. Barbie, at the front deak, worked an early Christmas miracle and was able to allow us to rent a minivan from their lot. They drove to the hotel, picked us up, helped load our way-overpacked-for-one-weekend amount of stuff, then took us to the dealership to check on our car and get us back on the road. Raysik and Barbie saved girls weekend! David heims in the service dept was so helpful and my faith in kindness has been restored. Thank you Jim Raysik for goung above and beyond!

Good customer service and friendly professional staff. Took my 2011 Ram 3500 in to service beacause of codes throwing in instrument cluster and they diagnosed the problem which was a total ecm failure. In process of replacing now! Must mention that I rattled the owners tree when I was in scheduling an appointment and he personally came over to check on me and ask if everything was alright! Not the average fly by night service guys at service rock!

We were on our way to Utah for a family vacation. We were outside of Clinton MO and our Jeep broke down after calling 6 shops to see if they could try and fix it we called Jim Raysik the guy on the phone said they were 2 weeks backed up and didnt know if they could get to it. So we decided to just tow the Jeep there and try to get a ride back home 4 hours away. When we dropped the Jeep off the guy we talked to came outside to see if he could see anything that jumped out at him but to no avail. He told us to wait until they were able to get some of the 1 oclock cars done and some of the mechanics would look at the Jeep. After 20 min they came back and told us that they found the problem a blown thermastate housing and that they had the part to fix it, but we would need to wait a little longer. So they drove us to a shopping center to get a bite to eat and kill some time while they repaired the vehicle. They were extremely friendly and professional towards me and my family. The owner was very nice and treated my kids to many snacks and chips. I would recommend this place to anyone.
