Absolutely love Hy-Vee! I never am miserable about having to do my shopping there unlike some other place we all know and loathe. The staff is absolutely amazing. Kind, polite very helpful. The store is very clean and very well stocked. I have never had a long wait and even if I were to I wouldnt mind. A very stress free environment. Just all around a great store!

Hyvee had a fuel saver promo for buying produce, which I needed to stock up on. Their produce is always displayed well, plenty in stock, and perfectly ripe. The associate in produce I asked a question was very helpful, polite, and cheerful. The deli associate was quick to take care of me. I stopped at their gas station to fill up and found these delicious cheese curds at the gas station.

We come here for the bakery department. They always have a great selection of donuts and cookies.

Hy Vee has a clean and friendly environment. If you cant find something just ask. They will take you to the product you are looking for. They also have signs above the isles to aid in finding what you need. They clean the counters after each shopper. If you have something that you purchased that may be defective They will gladly replace it or refund your money. Its a great place to shop and their prices are very reasonable. 😊

Love the store but the self checkouts need to go. Theyre an inconvenience as it is then theirs dont work correctly

The store was large and had a good layout. There was a great selection of EVERYTHING!!! The deli selection was awesome. We have never seen meat displayed in such a delicious fashion. And it was fresh and delicious!!They also had the old school cheese balls!!🤗

Good deals, wonderful meat counter, great staff, yummy sushi and chinese but the BEST part of this store is a gentleman named Steve in the deli. hes made me a veggie sandwich two times now. the second time he remembered me. he was super kind both times even though I didnt realize until after the second time that the deli was almost closing for the night..oops. but Steve is so delicate with my sandwich, doesnt just fling all the ingredients on there but gently places them on there and gives you a good amount. and actually cares. Im surprised he doesnt tell the sandwich a bedtime story before tucking it into the bag. he actually cares when hes talking to you, too which is so hard to find these days. so shout-out to him. I will be going to get a sandwich from him thrice now.

Visited Hy-Vee, in Clinton, IA....very busy Memorial Day weekend. Just wanted to pick up a small cake from the bakery dept to give to my daughter for our little graduation celebration after she got off work. There were a few (not graduation) cakes on display that my other daughter and I were trying to decide on. Karla, employee, heard us trying to decide. She asked, What can I do to make that cake amazing for you? She wrote our message on the cake and decorated it with a graduation cap and diploma!!! (Above and beyond!!!) Karla was amazing!!! Hy-Vee has lots of variety but it is only worth buying if its on sale. Walmart has the same exact products for much less. The high cost is nothing more than a high cost.

Food is so fresh and good but prices are way to high

We went looking for a specific flower. They told us they could call their vendor and possibly have it ordered. Great. We called back when they said. They then asked us to call back a different day, which we did. Then we were asked to call back yet another day to ask ANOTHER vendor. After that, we were told they cant order it. This isnt the first time this happened. They strung us on for 3 weeks. The last time was just about the same amount of time for a different flower. 🤦 Either you can help us or you cant, its that simple.

The bakery has an amazing selection of all sorts of goodies. Erica is an awesome artist. Soooo many selections of everything!!

Great meat department with decent prices. The biggest reason I shop at HyVee is the variety. Many brands to choose from which is nice and they have a great keto section, keeps you from bouncing around store.

Love this Hy-vee. I havent had any bad experiences at their store. Seems like all the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Last time I was in, I was having issues with my cantaloupe at self check out, when an employee off duty in regular clothing helped me and taught me how to get my produce rung up. You dont get that type of friendly service anywhere anymore. Glad to see Hy-vee and their employees still treating their customers friendly and respectfully. I will spend the few cents extra at their store than down the street at Walmart.

Mice clean store with a great selection of grocery and liquor items. We shop there for items that other stores dont carry.

Super good bacon bbq burger and chicken quesadillas at the store restraunt (thick good bacon and fresh good ingredients in quesadilla), friendly and helpful staff. While we grocery shopped the manager Matt offered to store my boyfriends crutches at the service desk, so he could shop easier with me, and & drive one of the motorized shopping carts. Store was very clean(they have an automated cart sanitizing machine as well :) ) thanks for the great 1st time experience for us Hyvee!

Asian express did not fulfill my entire door dash order (i paid for it all). It has now been a week so clearly no intent to make it right. I will still order here because food is good and prices are decent, but the fact that i reviewed and then made a phone call to make sure they were aware i was shorted and still nothing was done is incredibly poor customer service. Wasnt looking for a free anything.. Just address their own failure in a timely manor... NOTHING.

Stood at the meat counter for several minutes while one guy was standing there cutting up meat, and another just ignored me as he walked by me... I left and took my business to Fareway

One of the smaller Hy-Vee locations that I have visited. Still the same great quality and variety of products that you can expect with any other Hy-Vee however.

Only two registers open. I thought I was at Walmart. I generally dont have any issues at this store. Three star rating for this visit. Otherwise I give them five stars.

It I s ok, a little over priced just not a good supply of fresh fish and meets appers to have to mush fat.

Clean and the cashier was attentive and patient with my card not reading correctly.

I really want to give them less stars but that is because of their isles online program they have going on where you order your groceries online and pick them up later in the day this is such a great thing in theory but they forget some thing every time and last time they forgot nine things in my order and I had to wait quite a while for a lady to go back in and shop my items that were in stock that they just forgot to get I hope they can get their system together and make it more efficient and have more quality control because I really do not want to shop at Walmart...I would rather support HyVee than Walmart But I hope this issue gets fixed real soon

I ordered flowers over the phone for Mothers Day for my daughter and they ask me what time I wanted to pick up the flowers. I said 1:00 .I got their they could find them. They took my order again and will have them delivered tomorrow they very friendly and sorry they couldnt find them.

Definitely the best at customer service, thats why I keep going back. Some of the time its a struggle to get a shopping cart, I give up waiting around to go find my own cart in the parking lot, and the products I like arent always in stock. Otherwise, its convenient, but a little more expensive if youre not sale watching.

Most of the people who work here are great, some of the hot deli food area need some better training. The wine and spirits department is great and all are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable.

I tried getting delivery but Hyvee app closed 8 times. I was supposed to get my stuff from 2-3. They changed the delivery because their app kept crashing. They told me between 5-6. Its not my fault their app is worthless. They sent me email with my purchases. I didnt get what I ordered. Usually they send another email if there out of something so i can get a substitute. They didnt send me second email. Also the manager thats supposed to make sure things are right, didnt do a thing. The bill was around $160. I didnt get what i ordered so how can they charge that? My groceries still arent here. From now on its Walmart. They dont charge you like Hyvee. They want $99 a yr for free delivery. Maybe they should look at how Walmart runs their stuff. WALMART ISNT RUDE LIKE HYVEE

This has to do with the Pharmacy only. Theyre dropping the ball alot. Rude, shockingly so, on the phone. 2nd example: I needed an Rx. I called it in on a Wednesday.was told Monday it had expired.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was quick and friendly. Table was clean and sanitized. Had a great visit with our daughter. Enjoy eating at hy vee.

One of my clients gives me a mile long list of things to shop for and each item is so vague and its all in very small cursive everytime I am there with this last I have to recruit help finding each item and the employees are so helpful deciphering these small vague writings almost like a scavenger hunt but they are always so kind and helpful

The grocery store part i love. Its my favorite store to shop at. However, the mealtime kitchen... I got food from there for the first time tonight. We had a long day and just didnt feel like cooking. We got a wing dinner. When we got home to eat we discovered the wings were very dry and hard to bite into. This wasnt just crunchy chicken, it was quite old. The assistant manager did refund us but upon trying to get fresh chicken we were told itd be 45min as they were not planning on switching the chicken out in their warmer any time soon..... i think its time to get all the younger kids out of your kitchen and try to put some older people who know to work and put their work ethic into their cooking.

They have a very good deli and we pick up food almost every week.

I only been to this store twice and each time the employees have treated me and my son with great service. Its very comfortable to shop at this Hyvee.

Why would they text you that your order is ready and not be ready when you get there...then they moved the pick up location so you sit ten minutes before someone tells you...then you have have a guy loading groceries telling you to move in condescending tone and that he will load everyone else and get to you later...dont tell me its ready when its not.

They always have what you need.
