The crew was very good at getting my vehicle in, and completing the work within a reasonable amount of time. The fact they stayed within the estimate was a comforting aspect, as well.

I was able to keep my stock rims and use a bigger tire because they suggested a front end lift, ( which was something I hadnt thought about) they delivered on time and for the price they quoted me.They are now my permanent tire shop! After stressing about getting a tire in the week to replace my spare so I dont have to drive to and from DeWitt on it, they ordered me my tires, which got delivered the next day. Putting them on went much faster than they thought! Thanks guys!!!

Great fast service I was in a pickle with my tire having found a nail and in a spot on the tire that is not repairable. They were able to make a call and get tires on the delivery truck the same day and have them installed cant ask for much more. They also found out why car is noisy going down the road sadly a few more parts go fix but glad I have answers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in for front brakes and knew everything else that did need worked on as well. The associate explained everything what needed to be done and what could wait. Plus gave us a price quote for the future work needed and they were the cheapest in town.

I am giving this place a 5 star because of the gentleman Mitch his customer service was phenomenal he went the extra mile which I really appreciated, I was broke down with a broken hub on my trailer. Unlike Trevis he really dont need to be in a position where he deals with the public he has no customer service skills at all.

We blew 2 tires on our camper within 10 miles of each one. Mitch came out both times and was courteous and professional. Not to mention quick. Both blowouts took place on busy highways and in 90 something heat and on a Sunday. Thanks Mitch for saving our vacation! Definitely be back!

Guy didnt wanna fix my flat tire, Saying like hole is too big. And insisting to buy his tire. I left with a flat, and fixed it on the first next truck stop.

Great service Eartern does and their Planning ahead, is sured, when my car arrived, all was planned as scheduled. They also helped me with a situation of work supposedly done by another company who cut corners, to see if they would honor their warrenty. The other company did not.
