These people are all about money.. They tried to charge me more money after the diagnostic fee because they couldn’t find out what was wrong with my car within a hour they said …so basically I gave them money for nothing when in reality they knew the problem.

Very knowledgeable, up to date training and software. Continuous updating as to spare part, install, etc. If add issues arose, always filmed, shared, explained need and showed options. This was 3rd quote, incl BMW dealership, best price by far, better service than any BMW dealership, better trained, just excellent experience. Feels more German than Germany! Beam on! The quickest way to end the life of your vehicle is this shop. I took my 4 series there and was told by their so called number 1 tech (Ricky) to just delete the codes and ignore the warnings from the dealer. The engine is pretty much shut now and I cant even find someone to buy my 6 years old bimmer. You get what you pay for. Ricky lacks a lot of training and does not have the knowledge to work on newer BMWs. He can only do older models. Please stay clear from this shop.-Janice

I opted to use Beamer Auto over the dealership service department. Why? Beamer Auto has the same certified service techs to service my BMW as the dealership. In addition, they do not over charge, nor do they over sell anything. I have chosen them to service 2 of my BMWs and have NEVER had a negative experience.

Beamer Auto is a great business with a hard-working and very honest owner. I have in the past gone to jiffy lube and other body shops to get oil changes and work done on my car, however never really felt a genuine feeling that the mechanic was looking out for my best interests and my cars best interest at heart. Kevin at Beamer auto however looks after my best interests and my cars best interest at heart. I feel like Im not getting screwed over with prices or the quality of the work done on my car. I am always 110% satisfied after my car is inspected and fixed. I plan to be and stay a permanent customer!!

If you can get parts and wheels some place cheaper, you can purchase them separate have them shipped to their location and they will install the items for you. I had Beamer Auto do a PPI on a 2005 M3 that Im considering buying. I live in South Carolina and the car is in Waldorf. After talking to a few shops in the area I decided to have Beamer do the inspection for me. they seemed really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when discussing my needs/concerns over the phone. A few shops didnt want to deal with the car because it had been pretty heavily modified (manual trans swap, supercharger, etc.) but Beamer had no problems with that. They did a thorough ppi, told me all the good and bad and Im flying up tomorrow to check the car out in person.

I found these guys when I first got my X5. Great service and a great price. They are the only ones I will use.

LADIES BEWARE!!! I did not have a good experience here. I felt these guys took advantage of me because I was a woman. My cousin (A Man) stop passed this shop and explained the problem I was having with my vehicle and the guy knew from experience what it was and stated it will cost 400.00 to fix.I brought my vehicle the next week alone. They did a diagnostic test which was 88.00 which will go towards the labor, NOT. After the diagnostic test they told me the part plus labor will cost me 700.00. The labor will be 4hours because they have to program the vehicle after installing the part.After a little research I knew it will not have taken 4 hours to install the part and It did not need to be programed. My cousin installed the part which only took 10 mins. Plug and play. I saved myself 500.00. What a rip off!!! These guys insisted that the part will not work unless it was programed. Another thing they were not going to subract the 88.00 from the bill if I did get the work done there. WOMEN BEWARE!!!!

Customer Service SUCK!!!! I came to a Bimmer shop expecting to get top notch service and customer service. Which I did not get; the owner need to rethink who he hire to take care of customers. My service was not good either I had to bring my car back twice only to hear nothing was wrong with my car. I finally had to take it to another BMW shop (Bimmer 1st in Capt Hght.) Thats when I found out I had a bad part. The only reason Im giving the shop a two star is because of the owner he did handle the situation and I was able to get a refund. The OWNER did do his part. But customer service was the worst!!!!!

I know that times are difficult but this is close to stealing, what they did to us. I should have gone to BMW Alexandria. I wanted a local repair person, I wanted to begin supporting the neighborhood that I live in. I am so disappointed, I would have never thought that they would have gone through these lengths to cheat. Save your money and your car!We chose this shop based on reviews, we dont believe they are legitimate. Cheated out of hundreds with proof.
