I drive a semi truck and the passenger side windshield was destroyed by a piece of debris that fell from a bridge. From Albany to Rochester, I tried to find someone to fix my windshield but was not successful. I finally reached Gary at Buffalo Glass and not only was he able to source the windshield, he agreed to come to me to install it. I googled a place to get my rear defrost wire fixed. I called the guy was very nice and was able to get my truck in fast. The wait was no longer than 15min. Im so thankful it was quick and easy. I have not used the defrost yet no snow out. I use to have to get out when it snows bad and wipe off the window. Im a happy camper. I will update if I need to. Thank you Buffalo Auto Glass.

My car was broken into along with about 7 other or so cars, all with windows broken. After a quick google search, I found this place. I dropped my car off at around 9:45 am and it was all fixed with the window working properly by 1:00 pm the same day. Very courteous and professional workers, if anything happens to be my vehicle again, I will come back. My insurance covered the $176.00 Cost.Whole process was painless.

Great customer service. I had to wait for parts over the weekend but actual repairs were done correctly in a timely manner.

Definitely the best price around town besides extreme auto. But I needed my windshield fixed the same day and this place helped me with that. They had it done in about three hours the same day I called! Reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because when I went to get my vehicle the inspection sticker was ruined and the gentleman simply brushed me off and said he cant do anything about it even though it was his shop that messed it up?Besides that great place good service good price.
