I went in for a window that had fallen down and would not roll back up. I was met at my car by Jason, who took down the details. They took my car back and checked it out and it turned out to be the regulator. They checked around and found the part for my car. Everyone at this business that i come in contact with, were all friendly and professional and I really appreciate that. Plus when i picked the car up, they had vacuumed and cleaned my car, great surprise! Thanks!

Rotation and balance service wasn’t added when requested. Was offered upon my arrival on getting my vehicle back which was there two weeks upon getting out a dent and possibly removing scratches. I had to pay a detail fee that didn’t even do that job which defeated the whole purpose of my bringing it in. The one star is that the dent did get repaired. Super sorry y’all. Not for me.

HONEST!!! my front spoiler was pulled out, one body shop wanted $1,000 to repair it. Went to Portcity they snapped it back in one minute and was on my way. No charge and happy to do it. I will definitely go there for any repairs that I may ever need

Had some minor front end damage repaired on my Ford Explorer. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and the repairs are excellent. Very busy so it took a little while to get the repairs completed but probably because they are in high demand.

Port City is the best! Bobby and staff did a fantastic job identifying underlying issues and fixing them after I hit a huge piece of rubber on the hwy. They went out of their way to find aftermarket parts to keep my beemer looking just like it did before the accident.
