Came in here with high expectations given the great reviews, only to came across to one of the most shadiest way a business can be. I never leave reviews (at least not bad ones) but this one did it. Tried to get a deal for over a week only to came out empty handed. They offered me different APR’s on every single deal, any where from 4.9% to 6.44% and asking for all kind of down payments from $3k to $8k. Joe Rodriguez made it seem like they were trying but the manager J.P Oropeza never showed his face to help with anything.P.S. 821 credit score with a 6 figures salary.

I had a great experience buying my first truck here from Daniel Boone I well totally come back and buy another car from him again !!!

I was forced to go to this place before the change to Tipton and it was the worst service I have ever experienced. Now with the change in name and management, looks like the while staff may have had a shake up, it is a lovely experience. The service writers were very helpful unlike before, they actually wanted to work on my truck which was nice. It was also done in a very timely manner. Prices were steep but that is expected at a dealer. It is night and day vs when it was Don Johnson. Good job gents

They listed a truck online for 39k once Im working the deal and run my credit, I see the sale price for 42k with a story of youre getting a good deal, with a 6k discount . I told them that they have it listed for 39 k online and they came back with thats the lowest they can go. Not to mention when I was doing the test drive the sales person told me that his manager could do it for 36 k and then comes back with a bs story of and I quote I never mislead you in.

I am going to have to disagree with the recent 5-star reviews. I would award zero if possible. There is now an online appointment service scheduler, to my surprise, but non-operational. When I went in for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that my online appointment would not be honored because the website is not functioning. I received multiple confirmation emails but was given the standard, we are busy, please drop it off at 7AM. New management, same problems. During these chaotic times (COVID-19), an online scheduler should be a first choice for any business in minimizing exposure to both the staff and customers. For anyone that has experienced the old service department, rest assured it is exactly the same. I have asked the service manager to correct the website or take that portion down if non-operational. Ill get back to you were his words of choice. Well see if action is taken.
