I used to avoid this location because of the traffic, but I stopped by when my usual location did not have the color I was looking for. I have a new usual spot! Service here is always amazing, every staff member I have encountered is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, recommendations are always appropriate and not pushy. Love all these lovely ladies. Extra thanks to the chick with the orange and purple hair for recommending the sauce hair masque, I cant remember the last time my curls looks this good!

There is not a time I don’t Get the best service in this store. They are so eager and friendly to help. I’ve had multiple people now help me find stuff I need. I was There on 11/13/2020 and the two ladies working were amazing and helpful. If there manager reads this they 100% deserve a raise and kudos!

This is my favorite location. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel silly for asking questions. There is a gentleman that works here who always goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable.

I Walked into sallys to get a product for my little cousin, asked for the product and instead of the cashier just saying sorry we dont have that item in stock they proceeded to tell me that i shouldnt buy something because of a trend on social media, firstly did not ask for unsolicited advice on my hair or anyone elses it was totally unprofessional for a cashier to tell me what i should nor shouldnt do with my hair even though the product was not for me, she needs to A. mind the business that pays her, and not be in my business, B. please go back to school and learn common courtesy/Respect, C. learn not to give unsolicited advice, especially if the customer didnt ask for your advice.

They always have good deals and the employees are very nice and helpful

I have been doing my own hair off n on for 23 years (not the correct way)....yet slowly educating myself now.As a natural strawberry dark blonde/ w/ ferocious grays that are taking over. I had previously gotten a semi muave color and a bubble gum pastel (pastel was on sale) Im always closer to a level 8 9 blonde but Ive been trying to get close to natural color yet play around with lighter ends. I had no clue what to use as a base root cover. JARED helped me save hours of my life. Helped explain how I should apply it. I even called back next day bc I forgot what he recommended for the mid to ends. Also I wanted to tell him how awesome my hair is after applying the base.The fact that such customer service doesnt seem to exist nowadays.Jared politely said hello as my fiance, 2 yr old, and myself entered the store. Asked if we needed help, immediately I ask of he had experience with hair. Clearly he knows what hes doing. He went above and beyond to help, gave me ideas and took a phone call the following day from me.Jared is the kindest, most friendly, personable, informative employee Ive ever ever encountered at a beauty supply store but even In general.A warm smile and a hello is hard to come by nowadays nevermind such kind much needed necessary help, as we had limited time.Refreshing to see a genuine smile and kind friendly person that actually was able to help and willing to. So Jared ty you are amazing.I hope that Sallys recognizes when they have as such valuable employees.I also wanted to shout out to Sherry who my son happened to love she also was genuinely kind, helpful, as I couldnt find my email coupon she helped me do so while cashing us out and also showing me the sales to make sure I didnt lose out on anything. Which I wasnt. Just the pure fact again someone doing their job but actually caring about the customer.Its been a long time since Ive seen such amazing informative associations.Thank you for being so helpful and kind.
