The service there is always great. They where out of one of my favorite scents, but the have there Christmas scents and I bought Frosted coconut snowball. Its amazing.

I always spend way too much money at this location lol 😆. I got 33 items 6 days ago for $84!!!! Not bad at all if u ask me so me and my 3 teenage daughters always have lotions and perfumes and body wash to last us for months. And I absolutely love their small hand sanitizer for my work prices at 5 for $8!!!! Love u guys and keep up the good work and amazing customer service

Very good and well organized store. They are abiding by COVID protocols and limiting the number of customers in the store so be prepared for a little wait during busy times. But I appreciated their efforts ❤

Passive aggressive sales staff. I don’t personally use the products as they are full of nasty chemicals. I just went in to pick up a gift and got the run around by a cashier who rolled her eyes with every single sentence. “These are 3 for $9” I only want the one thanks, *eye roll* “it’s only $3 more to grab another one of these?” No thanks I only want these things I can’t in here for, *eye roll* It’s just always such an unpleasant experience to go here, completely cringey.

This location does a good job trying to enforce social distancing during the pandemic and ensure customer have a good experience. They almost always have the items in stock that are viewed in the emails. Friendly and helpful employees.

One of my favorite stores. Always nice people and great bargins. I love love all the scents.

Went to American Eagle to shop and they wouldn’t let me in without a mask. They offered me one but I refuse to shop where a mask is required. Went 2 doors down to Bath and body and gave them my money instead. Thank you for not feeding into the fear frenzy!

Very friendly nice and clean store

Very pleasant. I had a worker come help me find exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable and makes their products great for gifts, even giving me a free gift bag. They also have smell paper, a piece of paper which you can spray sents onto to see if you like them before purchasing.

Love their products. I wish they wouldnt discontinue some of the scents that they have. I think they push candles too much, I mean theres a candle shop right next door.

This is a white barn bath and body store, so there is wax melts, candles, even some holiday decor. I love this store the only down side is its cramped inside and there is always a long line. Only one register open with 8 or so people waiting at any given time. This store seems to always be understaffed. I think its awesome as long as time isnt an issue.

Good service, but should have had a sign about taking checks, after finding everything and then being told they don’t take them anymore humiliating us infront of everybody.

Have been at this store a few times. Went in on Black Friday at 6 am not the first time they havent had very good selection. Seems always low on stock would rather ship online and after the short girl with the blonde hair who checked me out at the register was so rude and short like she didnt want to be there let alone have a nice attitude. I will not be back to this store such a shame was nice right when it opened.

I much rather order from home and have it shipped or pick up.

They tell you that you can bring something back without a receipt but then you cant and then they are rude to you about it..WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. and my wife and girls love that place.. i wouldnt shop there!!!!

This location is way to small in space. They need a bigger building. You literally cannot get through there without bumping into something or someone. Who wants to shop like that? You cant even get around to look easily & I am a small person. The selection is usually good but some of the people working there are very rude especially if they are busy. Please get a BIGGER store!
