They do not like renting to Black people. My credit score is pretty average. They went through the entire process of the application and even scheduling my delivery appointment. After they got the copy of my drivers license which shows my picture, they called me right back and said that I was not approved. They were able to tell me it was not my credit nor rental history. I asked if they did not want to rent to me because I was black, and the lady said that she could not answer that question. Aarons has no problem renting to anyone.

Ok usta rent from them at another store with no problem but this location is overly particular about things and have more strict approval process I guess because I made a larger income here than I did before but they still denied my application.

Took my father in to get somethings and the sales person got him so confused on what he was getting. He wasnt sure if it was just one item or three. The paper work also confused him. It also had seemed like the guy was more busy with other things then dealing with helping my father.

Was so much better when Tina was there. The people there now are rude. Will not rent there any more

Everyone in this store is so nice and kind and are willing to work with you on your payments. I love this place.

Customer service is a priority to Rent a Center, and this store proves that. They will help you work out payment plans if something comes up, or your check is short. Custom ordering from the catalog is not a problem if they dont have the style/brand you wanted.

When I fell behind on my payments due to a death in the family, the manager was unsympathetic and condescending.

Shanes has the worst customer relation. Rent a center is just a legal scam store. I dobt know how the goverment allows this people to charge what they charge. It def should be looked into. And hulk hogan as a spokesman? Screams con artist company.

The stuck up manager is very rude.
