Ann and Rebeka were very helpful during my visit! They both went above and beyond to help me.

I went in for a repair and was greeted right away by the very nice sales reps. My experience was really great. While I was there, I purchased a new piece of jewelry. The only thing I do not like is the time frame on repair work. I wish they could get the repairs done just a tad sooner than 2 weeks.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! I went into the store to make a purchase and no one spoke to me as I walked in. I waited patiently to see if someone would come help me. At this time I saw an associate there that use to work for me and greeted her. Although she was still with a customer, she was super friendly to me. An elderly lady (Im assuming was in management) got onto her for talking to me but never once asked if I needed help. I simple walked out and just ordered online. I am in management at a retail store and understand customer service. Its ridiculous to walk into a store planning on spending hundreds of dollars and be treated in such a way. I DO NOT recommend this store at all!!!

They were supposed to open at 10, but didnt open till 10:50. I was standing at the door waiting, and they opened the other doors before opening mine. Then they kept setting up the store instead of waiting on me even when I said I had to get to a meeting. Customer needs should come first when youre the one opening late. They couldnt even help me with a repair after all that waiting!

Inconvenient that their printer wasnt working- kept us from being able to get our rings inspected here. Thankfully the Zales in Port Arthur was able to help.
