Went in to get a charging port on my laptop fixed, which it was with no problem. When I powered up my laptop my screen did not work. Which it did when I brought it to them. I was told we thought it was like that when you dropped it off. Was told there was nothing they could do about it. My thoughts are very simple, if I had multiple problems why wouldnt I fix them all? Now I have to tote around a monitor just to use my laptop. Also customer service and the overall lack of respect given to the customer is ridiculous. The office manager which Ive spoken to more than once, HAS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. Im surprised this place is still in business due to this. Im about supporting small business and local business, do yourself a favor avoid this place at all cost, unless you want to get bent over in the end.

My computer was having trouble getting Windows to load, so i took it here. They were able to save my pictures and work files, and I got my computer back within a week. They were life savers because I do all my work from home and hadnt done a backup in a month. Thanks so much for your help.

Would not recommend, Ive stopped in a few times looking to buy parts and accessories ( could have easily just ordered online but I like to support local businesses when possible) and was treated with condescension. I once stopped in looking for a SATA to IDE adapter and was told such item does not exist. Do not bring your computer to these people. Any service they provide can easily be done yourself with a little research.

My girlfriend took her computer to Baytown Computer Exchange because her computer died and she needed it that day for college classes she was taking. Well Mitch Pearce told her that her power supply was bad and put one in for her and charged her $108.00. She got the computer home and I after I got off work I went over and hooked the computer up for her. The computer died again in about 30 minutes. The place had closed by that time and would not open again until Tuesday as Monday was MLK day and was closed. Well she had to get her school work done so I went to Frys and bought her a new power supply and put it in. It worked all weekend and is still working now on Tuesday. She call up Mitch Pearce at Baytown Computer Exchange and he refunded only $35.00 of the $100.00. And to top it off it looks like he had put in a smaller power supply and it had the initials RL on it with a 2010 date like it might of been used. To top it off Mitch was a family friend of her fathers. So I would not recommend this place at all....
