India was so sweet and helpful! She walked me through the process of switching to a larger unit and answered all my questions. She even made notes for me because my hands were full with kids.The facility itself is always well maintained and clean. It shows they pride themselves and having an upstanding storage facility.

We just arrived to our 2nd unit at this location.There is roach & rat poop on the floor of the unit, daily hangout spot for the homeless, beer cans by the entrance, the walkways are also very dirty. The staff is always friendly but daily maintenance and cleanliness needs to be addressed. Thankfully we won’t be here long.

The staff here are friendly and very helpful, and their facility is wonderful. Clean, climate-controlled, and secure yet easily accessible - you couldnt ask for a better place to store your possessions. If that wasnt enough to convince you to store with Life Storage, they also allow you use of a moving van for a very reasonable rate for the first two weeks of your rental. This was immensely useful to me, as it both saved me either an independent rental or numerous trips in my vehicle. They are an outstanding company and I wouldnt recommend anyone but them.

This is my second time using Uncle Bobs Self Storage and I have to say that I am just as pleased this time as I was the first. I LOVE Life Storage. I have used this company since it was Uncle Bob’s. I like that this is one story with climate control because it’s easier to keep the climate at temperature that doesn’t cause a lot of humidity.
