I must admit that I was very surprised by the level of care and professionalism that John provided to my husband and myself. He walked us through ever detail of making the best decision for our new mattress. He made sure to allow us the “customer” to be the lead of the sale and not try to rush us. I appreciate his knowledge and care for us. I would highly recommend this location and to speak with the store Manager John. Thank you, John for your warm support and the GREAT deal you gave us. Also, Eric was awesome with a great sense of humor during the time of our purchase.

Mattress One is a fraudulent company and I do not recommend them at all. They have sold a mattress to me only to say they can no longer sell me the product although I have paid in full. Im now looking into making a police report and contacting the Better Business Bureau in hopes to right the wrongs Ive experienced from Mattress One. Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The gentleman helping us was named John. He did very well in helping us acquire the bed we wanted. I would definitely recommend this store to those who are looking for a new mattress for their rooms. I would however recommend you talk directly to the shipping warehouse because we were told our bed would be delivered today and the warehouse doesnt even have our bed in stock and once i called the store i was told my bed wouldnt be here until the 26th but we could have a loaner bed until then by tomorrow. Thats great only problem with that is i have paperwork that states Im to have my bed today. Ive already gotten rid of my old bed and sleeping on a couch waiting for the bed . I would suggest just making sure your beds arrival coincide with the warehouses stock.

I bought a mattress from them in Feb 2018. At first I liked the mattress but then I figured out it wasn’t the right comfort for me so within my 180 window I tried to exchange it for the next one up. As of now I have tried twice on my time off to shop the store on different days in different months at 7pm and both times the lights and open sign were illuminated but the door was locked. No one answered the phone either. This is sickening especially after I talked to the manager one of those times. Additionally, I have also become aware that John (big black bald male who told me he wasn’t the manager at the time of my purchase) is indeed the manager so I have been lied to. I will never shop Mattress One again!

John was great and I truly appreciate his hard work in getting me the best priced mattress, his knowledge about the mattresses, and his patience while I decided on which mattress! Would highly recommend.

I am not sure how this place has good reviews. They hassle you to purchase. I told what I wanted and was charged a higher price. After calling to let them know, I was told that I can only get store credit for the over payment. Not professional. The Mattress One on Wallisville next to Big lots is awesome and honest.

John did an awesome job on selling us a mattress set with adjustable base. He was very informative and patient with us as we compared multiple options.

This store does not deserve a star at all. I am having a terrible experience dealing with this particular store. The wrong bed was ordered. So they claim to fix my order but than the delivery date, no bed. My husband spoken with the district manger Ben to fix it but no luck. I have spoken to several store reps such as James ( the one who messed up my order) Jeffrey ( who told me the wrong delivery date) and Ken (whom spoke with the district manger after my husband already had). By the way, I have yet to receive the bed that I purchase. The store closes at 8pm and I called the store at 7:20 no answer. My husband drives to the store and the door is lock. Unacceptable.That being said this store is located a 15242 Wallisville Rd 77049 Dont waste your time.

I’m so mad I honestly dont even give this place 1 star! My husband and i work in the refineries so we’re not even from Baytown, we came here to buy some memory foam pillows and the guy whom attended us was DUSTAN, we came in a Friday and he said our pillows would be delivery on Sunday. Sunday came and he said they had to reschedule the delivery and the pillows would be here Monday, than Monday came and he said Wednesday! So I told him I wanted a refund and all he said was “there is a number to call customer service” but that he assured us that our pillows would be here FRIDAY! so my husband and I went Saturday, which is TODAY! And they didn’t have them they said come back MONDAY .. wth screw this place. They ended up giving us some spare ones they already had and said when ours arrived they would just replace those with ours. I’m still planning on calling customer service to get our refund. Seriously I do not recommend going here!!!!

After having two overpriced mattress swapped out at mattress firm, and the worst customer experience ever. I decided to cut all my ties. They have hidden return fees (buyer beware). So I went to Mattress One.I was very hesitant because of my previous experience. However John, was my sales man and he was extremely knowledgable. My old mattress would sink in the middle, and he told me that the Sealy has an extra reinforcements in the middle to avoid this from happening. Since I bought the mattress I don’t toss and turn anymore . I went from sleeping in average 4-5 hrs of sleep on mattress firms to sleeping 7-8 hours on Mattress One 👍 Sealy Firm traditional mattress.I am very satisfied.
