Had a good experience! Showed up 30 min before my appt time for delivery. Only 2 other trucks there in the doors. No wait to get my door. Waited about 45min to get unloaded. You can sit in your truck while waiting to get unloaded but you must exit your truck and go inside while they unload. You will be asked if you want to assist the unloaded process. All you do is place plywood on the pallets before they unload it. Makes the process quicker. If you help and have a good forklift driver....30 min and your unloaded and out of there. Im not sure how it is when its busy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here since 11:45 this morning. Appt at 1pm. Got here they told me my appointment isnt till 2pm and I have to check in 30 min early. So I waited till 1:30 and rechecked in. Now its 6:45pm still have yet to get a door and they dont even have parking. We have to park on the side of the street.

They are like any other place take their time and do it rite I arrived two hours before my appointment and they asked me to put it in a empty space bobtail to bobtail section it all went smooth the gaurd was nice and have to say good looking sat for four hours got call to come back to guard sign paper and get trailer and was done it went smooth so I dont see what the problem is maybe some drivers need a gong going or a bottle or the diaper change what ever it is this place is good

Make sure you get paid to load here. This 3.10 a mile ain’t worth it. These folks slow as heck. Lady in the office was nice. But man i been here for 7hrs and this don’t make any sense

Do not come this location! Just waiting your time ! People are terrible in office ! Loading and unloading full day ! When they unloading unloading your truck they gonna ask you to sit inside here no fan no AC and wasting time

This was a great experience. Contrary to these reviews. Guard was very pleasant to deal with, girl in office was nice. Arrived at 0730 for 0800 appt, got door at 0751, was finished at 0809. Cannot ask for better. Loader was nice too. This is Monday, August 30, 2021. A lot better than the shipper in Waddell az.

Truck line over a mile, 12 hour wait. I did not wait any longer and I left, they said they did not pay detention, also you have to help and they do not pay either

Really slow and small space with to many trucks.

If youre going to deliver in this place make sure to bring your lunch. Its a long wait, be prepared to wait all day. They dont even respect the appointment. I had to stay for next day, then overnight other drivers skipped to get in and the security guard allowed it. Its not a good place to unload, not recommended .

I could give 0 stars if possible. Place is FCFS 7-3. Driver came in and checked in at 1:30PM. Waited in line till 3PM only to be told they will not take anyone in after 3PM. Next day driver only got unloaded at 12PM. Never seen worse place than this.

I’ve been sitting 50 minutes now waiting to get my bol, total incompetence in the office, i’ve been at the door for more than 2 hours now, really why is this taking so long to print them out…….

I was scheduled to pick up a preloaded trailer. I got here at 1230 and its 1600. The load is still not ready. Ive seen trucks come and go but my load isnt ready..We have plenty of empty trailers here this should have been done earlier. This load is scheduled to be in Fort Worth tomorrow at 0900..its not going to make it.

This is definitely not the place to deliver to if youre in a hurry or need to be at a different pickup in the same day. Took 10 hrs on the dot from the time I got there until I was able to get out. Police were called out to the facility because they had trucks parked all over the place blocking traffic. Spots were very tight I witnessed someone rip the front of another truck. Overall a very bad experience.

Fast enough you will need to assist on dock easy work

Took them over 24 hours to unload. I arrived at 1:30pm and there was a 25 trucks line waiting to unload, but they close at 3:30pm. Next morning with many more trucks arriving and trying to cut in front,there was total chaos. Some made it because receiver is slow and unorganized. Checked out next day at 2 pm. Total mess..

11 oclock appointment finished loading at 4:15 pm still waiting on paper work wow

Will have to stay inside, no phones and help the whole time ... then waiting over an hour for paperwork, once ready, will sign you have counted over 2 thousand bottles then keep all paperwork and you have to drive to guardshack and wait for paperwork there ....can not get any sleep or break here !!!You will Have to walk these 3 steps after you check in if you want to get loaded, and out if there ....

SEMITRUCK: No overnight Parking, second gate for Loading, you have to expect 2 to 4 hours of waiting, a lot of protocol just to get inside, you need to write down plates of truck and trailer. Also you have to go inside to help with the load.

Two pick up numbers required (H number & a 459 number). Truck & trailer license plate number required. They will copy your drivers license & take your thumb print. Driver required to be on dock while loading (driver responsible for count). Arrived at 8:22am for a 9am appointment. It is now 10am and only 1 truck out of 8 that are in a dock has loaded

Black guard didnt even come out of his building. Poor attitude. Waited long time to unload. Unorganized management.

Guards awesome, well atleast the two ladies i had were, super friendly, super nice and explained everything clearly as to what i needed to do. However dock dropped the ball......a load that was suppose to be ready at 1000 on a drop wasnt ready till after 1800...hopefully this isnt a normal thing.

Straight forward. Pull up to the gate with your PU # and fill out the 2 sheets of paper then you will get a dock door.

Once you get checked in theyre good at getting you loaded and on your way fairly quick.

It is a awesome place to work so far people are nice and it is a clean facility.

This place is a nightmare, 1st the lady at the gate will scream at you if you get off the truck like you’ve been here 100 times and know everything, 2nd it’s got to be like going to an army base, ID at the gate, ID when you check in + license plate for truck and trailer + DOT # + fingerprint!!! All for red bull drinks 🤦🏻‍♂️

You have have remove top board while they are loading it wasnt to bad it was quick.check in wasnt to bad either .just remember to get tag license marking that is what company on truck .thumb print so u see if forget going back forward to get info.so do the thing ur paper done quickly.and on dock getting loaded

Finally found 5000 number on bldg went to 1st entrance and he said go to next entrance so went there. Guard was friendly but took half hour to check in and everyone was in each others road. Checked out and gal was smoking a cigarette. I told her I couldnt be around the smoke so she held it off to the side which didnt help do i only opened door a little to put the bills thru. I think in this day and age we should act professional and not smoke until it wasnt busy.

Check in for delivery is terrible, its fcfs, approximate time for check in 10 -15 mint each truck . They open at 8.15 so dont try to go early
