My experience with Henderson was awesome. They came quickly with a very reasonable quote. Once they got the garage door I ordered they called for an appointment. First off, not sure who Donnie is. This is JD Hinton. Derek just left my home after making some maintenance repairs. This is second time I’ve called on Henderson for garage doors and or maintenance. Both times they have exceeded my expectations. The folks on the other end of the phone as well as every technician that has come to my home have all been VERY PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable. Derek came today and I was expecting to HAVE to replace some old doors which was going to cost me a fair amount. Derek took the time to look over everything and was able to offer me repairs vs replacement. This may have cost Henderson some extra money but it saved me money and for that, Henderson will always have my business and referrals. Outstanding job Derek, enjoyed meeting you. Garage Door was repaired with a couple of hours. Workman was very courteous polite and informative. Pointed out a couple of worn parts that needed to be replaced ( bearings...noted metal shavings). Very satisfied with the work

Jonathan and his crew did a great job with helping us identify a manufacturer that makes a garage door with pass-through pedestrian door, and the install went smoothly. It looks great! Ashley in the office was helpful in sorting out the details, and all in all we are very pleased with the look and feel of the door.Note - I did have to do a considerable amount of post-installation spackling/caulking/painting to get a more finished look since the trim etc. needed to be painted. That wasn’t necessarily discussed at the outset.

I called Henderson’s Doors yesterday 7/29/21 to get a quote. They called me right back and gave me two quotes. We went with the upgraded door which was just a little more and we could not have been happier. The quality of the door is fantastic. The telephone and in person customer service was also fantastic. They were at my house this morning at 9 am and were done just a couple hours later. The install group was very professional and did a great job of also cleaning up after themselves. I am so happy with Henderson Garage Door. I live in Galveston on the beach and my old garage door was totally rusted because of the elements and it was only five years old. Henderson figured out how to solve my problem with a little research and they sold me a new system that is 100% stainless steel. Wow, what a great solution. My new garage door system is awesome. Derrick their technician installed the new system and Cody his helper assisted. Whether its straightening and bracing a hopelessly bent up noisy door, installing a custom screen option that will last for years that will be so simple to use, youll actually use it regularly without sacrifice of the use of the regular door, replacing your old opener with a super-quiet state of the art new one, you will not be disappointed with these guys work nor the reasonableness of their price. If their resurrection of our 24 year old doors ever meets the end of life, I wont hesitate having a new door installed by these folks. Its a pleasure doing business with them.

Promptly showed up and in about 15 minutes had everything lined out. And due to some unfortunate circumstances he didn’t even charge me. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and will call them back for anything else I need.

This is the second door we have purchased from Henderson and they never disappoint. The first garage door was so nice that we had them come out and do another one on the side of the building. It was no easy feat either since they had to remove and replace metal beams and other structures in order to install it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a garage door replaced or installed. Very professional.

Great communication and service! I called them on a Friday and they were here to give me an estimate the next week and sent me a detailed email with line item charges. Hendersons repaired our garage door 10+ years ago. We were very impressed by both staff and work done. When our garage door crashed leaving my car imprisoned on a Saturday night, we decided on investing in a new door. Our 14yo opener needed replacement as well. Left msg Sunday night and they freed up car and secured door first thing Monday morning. Jonathan came out assessed door and gave quotes the same day. Next morning crew came out, removed and hauled away old equipment and installed new door and opener.
