This place has truly gone down hill. I’ve given it several chances the past few months and you get the same left over kolaches and donut holes from the day before. Definitely no longer made fresh, the bread is COLD AND STALE, not to mention hard. My kids won’t even eat the donut holes from there, they take a bite and say they’re hard and cold. AT LEAST, ask if we want clearance or discounted items from the night before. Having to pay full price for cold, hard gross kolaches is not right! I have attached pics of the dried up kolaches we get every time now. Look at how old that cheese looks, and the bread clearly looks stale. Waste of $20-30 every time we go. Never again!

The place has gone down hill so much since switch of owners. The food used to be good. Donuts fluffy, Kolachis were tasty. After waiting in line for 5 minutes per car I get cold food and my daughter loves kolachis and what ever they switched to in the meats swells her lips up. Its ridiculous now.

I have been giving this place the span of just over 6 months to improve and it simply hasnt.Staff is slow to serve and impersonal. Being the third or fourth car in line nearly every time has lead to roughly a 10-15min wait.They open at 5am, and when I arrived to place my order they explained they dont have any actual food ready until an hour later. Why open when you have no food to serve?Finally, even IF they have donuts you want in stock, they wont have the exact amount or the exact types. I tried making a simple order of 3 types of 4 different donuts, adding in total to just a dozen donuts. For EACH one they either were out of stock, didnt have the exact kind, offered a replacement kind. This wasnt later near closing either, this was about 8am when they should have had everything for prime time.When I was younger, Snowflake was the go-to, but theyve fallen in quality greatly. I intend to go to Shipleys from now on.

Very nice staff. I ordered food one day, something like donut holes, coffee and kolaches. When I got home the kolaches werent in the bag and I just figured she didnt hear me and wasnt sure if I paid for them. I went back there recently and they remembered me and apologized that they forgot my kolaches and ended up making it right. Food is good, prices fair. Love this place.

Changed owners. Some of the doughnuts have changed. Chocolate topped and filled are not a good chocolate. (Like it use to be) A little unfriendly, unlike the other employees. Please dont keep changing any more. Snowflake is an old established Baytown store that we love and need. Thanks

I heard all this good stuff about the place so I decided to go there with my girlfriend. We went in the store and it was just really dirty and had a odd smell. Then to top it off the two ladies working were so rude and pretty much just ignored us, the younger one just standing there on her phone and the older woman was just super impersonal not that you have to be super personal at work but at least pretend that you enjoy getting customers because if yall keep up with the way your running the place now you wont get any more.

My Brother went through drive through about 30 minutes ago at the Baytown, Alexander location, while he was sitting at the window he witnessed a customer giving back a bottle of milk to the server. The server then opened the bottle and smelled the milk and looked at the experation date.My brother then asked the server at the window, is there something wrong with your milk? Her response was no the customer asked for a large milk, this response was a lie... why opnen and sniff a bottle of milk and look at experation when the request was to change size of milk?Needless to say, my brother checked the bottles of milk he ordered before he left. The server at window had the audacity to ask is there something wrong? My brother said yes, Im making sure you are not selling me expired milk.If I could rate this place a zero I would. I also agree with previous review in quality of service here.

Hands down to the staff of the snowflake donuts. Best donut shop, the staff is so nice and kind, I went there just an hour before closing to buy some donuts and they gave me a whole tray of donut 🍩 for free said we are about to close so you can take all for free. Not only that, but donuts are very fresh and delicious that cant get over with it. Must go and check them out!!!

Loved this place until they sold it. new owner seems rude and lacking people skills. prices increased and they taste horrible now. not only that but I overheard the owner tell a couple of the workers they were fat and needed to lose weight. so unprofessional and Im pretty sure thats against the law. this place sucks now

The new owner doesnt care what happens as long as he is making money! This place wont be in business much longer as the staff is very rude and the donuts are absolutely disgusting 1st and last time at this place! What a waste!

If you live in Baytown and haven’t been to Snowflake, you really should just move to Houston.This place has been around since my father was in school for a good reason. My kid’s now the 5th generation of my family to fall in love with the best donuts in the nation.If you forget your dentures at home, don’t worry... these thing Litterally melt in your mouth.

So I heard they changed management. Too bad. They are firing all the good girls that worked there so management can make way for different employees. After hearing how rudely the little lady manager was treating all the girls I stopped doing my business there.

I came through the drive-thru pretty early all I know was The Kolache was stale it was not good at all the bread was hard like a brick and the cheese came out of the kolache and was burnt

The blueberry donut I order was okay however the jalapeño Kolache was very cold and the bread was hard. The cheese was not even hot and was bulky. Super disappointed.

The donuts are soft and chewy. Sweet to a point its almost too sweet but not quite. Because its not overly sweet you can eat several of them. Which of course can be dangerous for your wallet because you wont want to stop eating. For me a perfect start if my day is a couple donuts from here and a cup of coffee. If your reading this and havent been, then what are you waiting for. Go now!

My kids love this place! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because last time me a my Lil June Bug went there I had to turn around because they charged ole Sweet Daddy for 2 bags of Donut Holes and I only received 1.. Oh No No No... You ever see a 3 year old get short changed om his Fixings....! Not a pretty Site.. The nice ladies at the Window made it right.. My worlds at piece.... Yes I will be back! I love going in and watching them make them. Mardi gras is coming up and if they could make donut king cakes Id be happy happy happy.

Been eating donuts here since I was 4, so my mom told me. 36 years later, three trips around the world... Still the best Ive ever had. New York can have their pizza. California can keep their hippies. Ill take my 1/2 dozen plain glazed and a coffee at Snowflake.

Best glazed donuts I ever had. Melt in your mouth delicious. They make Krispy Kreme and Shipleys taste like cardboard. If you havent been then you should go I bet you will never have a better tasting donut.

I love this place they have amazing cake donuts. I love their kolaches and sausage egg & cheese bisquits/croissants. They treat their customers very well and if they mess up they will fix it and gift you what they messed up on. I come here regularly and I love it.
