I have been taking our five computers to Impact for over five years with excellent results. They get to the real problem, fix it, and at a very reasonable price. Letting someone handle your computer with its personal information on it is a risk, but I have found them to be totally trustworthy. They keep their word and complete the work 99% of the time within the projected time frame. Trust, Knowledge, and Professional describes them the best.

As hardware does malfunction, Danny notified me that my hard drive was about to crash, but didnt push me to replace it. He just mentioned that I would lose important data when it did crash. Brought my sons tower into this shop for second opinion. We were met by a worker who treated us with almost laughable disdain and disinterest. We left the computer and two days later he called us with the diagnosis that the hard drive was going bad and that the video card was also going bad. I went to the shop to retrieve the tower. The little worm slithered out from the back and simply motioned at the machine, incapable of even muttering a single syllable until i drug it out of him. Once home, i performed a system reset and the computer us fine. The video card: fine. The hard drive: fine..Terrible customer service. Do not give these people a moment of your time.

Super fast service, there is no comparison in the area. I have used them for 20+ years, they seem to always grow their offices and services. Nice building they own. Ive never had a service with these guys take more than 2-3 days. I buy my computers from Impact for less than the big stores, and it includes free data transfer and a 1 year anti-virus every time for no extra charge! Just go home and use, they do all the fussy setup. Its always free to tell you whats wrong, which I use them for all the time. They keep my shipping business up and running as well as many business friends I have in the area. I use their managed anti-virus and security monitoring for a yearly fee, ever since, not a single virus issue. I highly suggest you ask them about their monitoring if your a business. They are always there to answer the phone or talk at the counter. I really love these guys! Hidden gem!

Incredible customer service, I have been a customer for 10 years. I can count on them to diagnose my computers illness and have a speedy solution for me. I have had a lot of different computers with different operating systems and they have always been able to back up my files and re install the operating system, or install new upgrades. They are always up to date with the latest and greatest technology so if I have any questions I can ask them for input and opinions. Everybody that works at impact digital solutions has made a great professional impression on me and my business.

Our trucking company has used Jason and his team for over 8 years. Great on-site support as well as remote login support. Better make sure your PC is working before you leave. Theyll tell you its a ok only to get it hooked up to your workstation to find out that it isnt. I would give them a 1 star, but hey, they were professional, cool, and correctly identified the problem, which I fixed on my own - with a Windows 10 reinstall, the reason I hired them.

Dont waste your time. There is no communication between the associates here. Rhett is a know it all who doesnt know anything about customer service. If he knows about computers it didnt show and it cost me $40 for him to show how little he knows.When I asked why my computer was coming up in safe mode or why it worked at home but not after I got it back from him... his standard answer was well, I dont knowWaste of money, time and patience!!!

I have been using this company for almost 17 years maybe more and I would not trust anyone other them Jason and Rhett and their other employees to build, set-up and fix a computer that I own. You should feel safe and I hope you enjoy the experience.

I walked in to the store expecting to trade in my old computer hardware and get some help with a new PC I was building. When I told the man at the desk I planned on installing windows 7 instead of windows 10 he flat out told me my decision was poor and that the motherboard I had was made for Windows 10, without even knowing what motherboard I had. X99-A II is made for Windows 7-10. I didnt tell him he had poor knowledge about Windows 10s constant invasion of privacy. He gave some advice anyway but rather than have my intelligence insulted further I took my business elsewhere. I will be selling my parts online where I can make much more money for them.
