The sales person really has guts & should be commended for going to work still trying to please the customer! Why?He had to go to work knowing he had no inventory, no physical phones to hand to a customer to buy. But he went to work anyway!My cell phone stopped working so I was forced to go inside a PHYSICAL store! Verizon online had no phones available, ALL backordered!Please wake up America. Take care of your cell phones and get a backup home phone called a landline.

After going through a huge round about with customer service, be it live chat on My Verizon App, or phone call, or in store, Verizon has me stuck using a broken phone. Long story there. The last phone I returned via FedEx was lost per Verizon, so now I handle all of my business directly with real reps. Because of all the issues, I called Verizon and asked through text if I can take the phone directly to a corporate store, so I wasnt responsible, if it was lost in the mail. Walked in this location to return the phone, and was immediately denied service and told that they would not at all. Screenshots and recordings from other reps didnt matter. Then I was escorted out by an officer. Never raised my voice, never cursed. Even the officer said take photos and document everything of yourself taking it to FedEx. Sorry they wont help you the way they should. The police offer posting security literally apologized to me because they wouldnt help. It has now been well over a week since I shipped the phone myself, with no update on its arrival at Verizon.

Verizon used to be good but now they are always cutting off our phone after 2 weeks when I pay for a whole month to be on not 2 weeks! Every time I call customer service they either hang up midway or nobody answers. Customer service is the worst I will never call again.

I had a really bad experience online and over the phone. I came to here to see if I was able to actually receive some help. The lady that was assigned to me it was totally unsympathetic and a little argumentative. All I needed to do was port phone numbers. I got 0 help and ended up cancelling my account. I was told that I owed $50 and then they ended up refunding me?? Now I’m just concerned if I was even given the right information.

Im keeping this review short & sweet; I literally had to wait almost an hour to be seen. For some weird reason; the Constable came from her cruiser into the store around the exact same time as I did. (coincidence---or racial profiling???!!!)I left the store feeling like the promo was not enough to justify a purchase of the phone I wanted due too hidden fees & taxes. Oh well, at least I tried but the customer service & satisfaction still sucks!!!🤬

I arrived to do a swap over from old phone to a new phone. The lady was helpful but rushed through things thinking that I knew about phones. Found out that the 4 g sims card that I put into my phone deactivated the 5 g sims card that came with the phone. I was told this after I switched it. I dont know the ladies name but she has multiple colors in her hair. She acted like I should have known this. Then was told that I couldnt buy a 5 g sims card to replace the one I damaged. Was not willing to help me out. Just wanted me out of the store and seemed like I was an inconvenience to her.

Rude. Thats my lasting impression from my last visit. Didnt honor appointments made even thought arrived during said appointment time-frame.Tech problems delayed check in. Ended up filing a complaint with Verizon Customer Service.Could totally do better.Once I got in the store...the gentleman behind the counter was AWESOME. Unfortunately, but fortunate for him, he had received a promotion and wasnt going to be in store any longer. Such a loss. He saved Verizons account that day after such rude behavior at the door.

After an hour wait just to get in the store, the associate was only interested in me upgrading to the newest top of the line device and when i said I didnt want to, he just wasnt interested in helping me. He sent me home to call the insurance and insurance told me to go to the store or call the 1800 number. So now I have been dealing with it for close to 3 hours and have gotten no where.

Ive always been pleased with Verizon, and particularly this Baytown store. I arrived at 6:40 pm unaware their closing time changed to 7:00 pm. It sounds as though their last 30 minutes of open time are wasted because the employee there was only interested in scheduling appointments for the next day. It was apparent that he did not want to still be working at 7:01. In the past, as long as a customer was there in need of help, they would stay until your needs are met. Not anymore. I am very disappointed in that store & am not going to go back if I can avoid it.

The Verizon store in Baytown is a complete joke! They are only allowing one customer in the whole store at one time, while having multiple employees on the floor to provide help. So paying customers are lined up in the Texas 100 degree plus heat, because the store wants to go absurdly above and beyond with Covid lol. What a great way to lose money and have to lay off employees, you could literally see dozens of people walking off, which represents lost revenue for Verizon. The bad thing is, you could see the employee inside just standing around doing nothing. They have a sign outside saying “wait here an employee will be with you” it’s insane, took 15-20 minutes to even get checked on outside. Don’t waste your time at this business, they don’t respect the customers, with a store that size, no reason to not have more customers allowed in at one time.

I have one star for the mere fact that they took the time to sell me a phone of which they hardly deserved. Shame on you Verizon. The employee by the name of Carlos who works at this location was very condescending and rude. We went in with an issue with our phone and was not properly greeted, neither did the employee attempt to fix the issue. We were told that there was no issue and that we needed to call our insurance. Keep in mind that he never did anything to check the phone. I spoke to the manager about this employee’s attitude. We will NOT be coming back to this store. Customer service at this location is at an all time low.

Two female sales associates could not answer if Google pixel phones could screen cast. I had to explain screen casting to them. They did not have anything to look at for features. The phones were in a demo loop that had the settings locked out. They said they thought At&t also had demo loops loaded on their phones. They suggested I try Best Buy. It was a total waste of time.

Went in to get a new phone I bought online activated to my account, but as soon as the representative found out that I didnt want to upgrade or buy anything she said my new phone wasnt compatible with Verizon she said she couldnt help me. She told me to go to Walmart and buy a phone. I guess they work on commission ! Ive been a Verizon customer longer than shes been alive, she must have worked at a fast food place before going to work for Verizon. Avoid the store across from the mall go to a different store !!!

Visited this Verizon Wireless in December, along with many other holiday shoppers. Although the store was crowded with customers and Verizon associates, we did not have to wait long for assistance. To start off, the guy who helped us through the process, Elmert, was extremely helpful and had a lot of patience with all the questions I had to ask! There was also a lot of trouble with getting my contacts, photos, and other things transferred over along with keeping my same number and he went above and beyond to help with that as well! Overall, the experience and atmosphere were both great. Wait time was not terribly long either (much quicker than Ive experienced with AT&T).

It isnt this stores fault in particular, however, I dont feel I should be paying over $80/ month for spotty service. Having good phone service is needed for my line of work and I should be able to make phone calls easily within the Baytown area. With paying that much for just one line, I should have 0 issues with calls/texts/data. I have switched to a different provider due to the many issues Ive had over a short 3 month period.

Please be careful of one of the managers here. Her name is Julie. She will lie and misrepresent Verizon policies. Or either she doesnt know which is sad considering shes a MANAGER. She tried to FORCE me to keep a phone that I was returning, within my grace period. I had to explain to her the difference between a exchange and return. I said you cant force me to keep this phone maam and her reply was yes, I can.. She doesnt have a clue about the difference between a exchange and return and this is a MANAGER!! I went to another location and didnt have any problems, in and out in ten minutes. I had to go twenty miles out but, its okay. Julie will soon have to explain why she was going to FORCE a customer to keep a phone that was being returned within the grace period. These are the same issues this store was suffering from awhile back from these types of MANAGERS. Apparently Verizon keeps bringing in these faulty people without knowledge of their own policies.. Ive already sent my letter in to Verizon about this DISHONEST person.

Manager could have been more polite and less rushed. She even told me they had a lot to do, but you shouldnt transfer that frustration to your customers..much less let them know about it. The blonde girl (I forget her name) was nice though. She helped me solve my ptoblem.

This is not the worst Verizon store I have done business with. They have treated me well in the past. But I was disappointed with the quality of service on my last visit. Hopefully management improves their customer service personnel. And when they say they are going to call you back, well, they actually will call back. I had to drive back to the store and wait for an hour for a resolution.Please fix your customer service issues!

Dealing with phone service isnt always a pleasant experience, but it was today. We were promptly acknowledged, our sales associate, Jmarkus, was well knowledged on the devices we wanted as well as plan information...no extra hype. That was MUCH appreciated!! He helped us with just what we needed and didnt try to push unnecessary extras. He was professional, respectful, pleasant, kind, well mannered & very costumer oriented. A rare find when customer service is becoming a dying trend.

Worst customer service experience ever!!! they have the worse management.. went in to the store to get my phone warranted out like i was told to do by a customer rep on the phone... and walked in the door and was greeted by a no I cant warranty your phone mentality, and would not even look up my account when I asked the guy to do so.. Brushed me off saying my screen making a sound when i pass my fingers through it is not a valid issue, unless my phone is experiencing a software issue they cannot do anything for me, not even make a note on my account as I was told that had to be done....After they clearly inspect my phone and decide i do got a warranty covered issue and pass me to the back to back up my data and get started with resolving my problem I then show the guy again the problem I am having with the phone... He finally realizes im not talking crazy and you literally hear noise coming from the screen as you pass your fingers through it, and inspects it one more time and even tries to take off a NON EXISTING SCREEN PROTECTOR, he realizes there is clearly an issue with the phone, so goes back and talk to his supervisor and comes back saying oh no sorry there is a crack on your phone here at the top. I cant warranty your phone sorry you got to buy a new one... Apparently a crack got passed through 4 different phone inspections and now suddenly appeared and now I have to buy a new phone... Great way to take care of your customers Verizon, amazing staff you have that cracks others peoples phones in order for them to buy phones from you when you specifically tell them you are not paying for another phone when you been dealing with technical issues for the last 5 months with them. Definitely thinking about transferring my service if this issue does not get resolved.

In an environment where employees come and go, Marcus has handled my familys account for over four years. Ive followed him from two other stores. He did a complete phone review to make sure Im getting the best deal. Hes handled all my changes: when Ive gone overseas, added lines, upgraded, and when the unfortunate accidents have taken my phones from me too soon. Marcus is the only Verizon person I deal with. Marcus is also the only one I know that will set an appointment so I dont have to wait too long. If I just stop by, he is always helping someone so I usually have to wait a little longer, but he is worth waiting for. He knows his stuff and is honest.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 25years today I was having trouble with my phone and talked to Karen in less than 30 seconds she told me it was a problem with a app and there was nothing she could do. I replied maybe I should go to comcast and change services and she replies with a shrug of shoulder, and let me make it clear it was not a comcast app. I would give this visit a waste of time and wish there was an opportunity to give negative star review.
