Ubreakifix is a life saver. My phone and tablet were fixed pretty fast. Adam is the best and Zack who worked on my phone is awesome. They need some help. But for the two of them you will get awesome work and honest answers to tech questions. They talked about some subscription a lot but excellent customer service! Will definitely be back with whatever else gets broken.

Had iPhone 8 Plus that just needed battery replaced they said no problem but when I picked it up the phone would not charge or turn on. Took it back and they said to bad your phone doesn’t work. I would not take anything here ever again.

I was interested in this place because theyre a factory authorized Samsung repair facility. That of course means that the repair is done right with no strings attached. The technicians are very nice and easy to deal with. You can make an appointment online so they know it advance your coming and what you need. So overall I was very pleased.

My kitten knocked my phone off the table and it shattered my screen. I was so upset. I called my service provider and they sent me here. I walked in, gave them my name and he pulled up my information and insurance. I gave him my phone and was told to be back by three. I was so shocked when I arrived to pick it up! I had a new screen, new bumper around phone, new microphone and speaker... it looked brand new! Now here is the kicker... I didnt owe ANYTHING! He was set up with my insurance from AT&T..It dont get any easier or better than that! On top of all that, I was treated super nice! I hope I never have to go back but if something happened and I did, this is 100% were my business would be taken!! HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

I found them on google while looking for repair shop for my pixel phone. They were very fast with repairs and Im also very happy the had the parts for my phone. The price for repairs was just fine with me. My phone has been working good as new I havent had any problems with it since the repair. I personally recommend any one with pixel phones to go here.

Took my phone in for screen replacement $303.00 -Done, perfect BUT.Surprise # 1: when I picked my phone I was told the front camera is not working and to bring it back in a week.Surprise # 2: after leaving the store and making first call found face sensor is not working. Took me a while to figure that out as the phone kept doing things while Im on the phone. My face is touching the screen that should have went off.Surprise # 3: Later I found that my mic is not working while on speaker mode after deciding that face sensor is not working,Surprise #4: Called the store and explained the other issues, and I was told that those things were working and the phone was checked prior to giving it back to me.After a bunch of arguing with their attitude, I decided to just live with my front camera broken, of course they fixed the other issues with a major attitude. The SHOCK came when the customer service rep called and just went explaining that it is not their fault that the camera is not working and I should consider a new phone as the mother board will cost more than a new phone. Now, I know this is not the best place to do business with.This has been a very upsetting ordeal and I WILL NOT TAKE MY BUSINESS THERE PERIOD.12/10/2020After owner reply. A refund was not offered. You are totally missing the point. You can do the refund anytime, I did not refuse that AT ALL. In fact, I asked for a refund. The employee I spoke with offered a removal of the new screen in exchange for reversing my charge after the list of the surprises I listed above. Needless to say, my position at that point is I do not want you to touch my phone at all. So the statement that a refund was offered is completely false. I want a refund, go for for it. and I will reverse my review in exchange.So, in service business, you have no choice but to be fully transparent and crisp clear as consumers are much more informed. I brought my ipad for them to change the broken screen. Thay changed it to a poor quality screen because after a week it was cracked again and there is even a ghost touch.And oh, I also had my laptop repaired because the clip they put last time was loose so the left corner was kind of opening. I think they have glued the loose part but it they also have glued the ON button. Definitely I could not turn on my laptop.If you can, please do NOT go to them.Thanks!

I went in to replace the screen of my iPhone X, they got it done, great customer service and I left happy. Then I realized my screen was popping off, went back and got it fixed. After a few days later, my screen stopped working. Went back and they gave me a new screen, I was pleased, but one of the workers accidentally dropped my phone and broke the back of the phone, he apologized and fixed it once the part came in. Then, after making a phone call I realized that my microphone wasnt working, I left it alone for a few days because it would randomly work and I could always just use my earphones to make a phone call, and also I couldnt keep leaving work early to get my phone fixed. Shortly after my screen started messing up again, I tried pressing down on it, I thought that maybe the screen was popping off again. Well that ended up in leaving a green line on the screen and that really irritated me. I went back to the store one last time to ask for a refund, well .... a customer leaving ubreakifix ended up backing up into me. Whatever, it obviously wasnt the stores fault. I go in, tell the store manager what happened and she said she couldnt refund me anything because my phone had passed the diagnostics report when I left the store that last time, and that they had already put in a lot of money towards my phone ( wasnt my fault). She was very polite, offered to run another test on my phone. I just ended up buying a new phone, I was really disappointed with everything.

I took my daughters PS4 to Baytown Location. The only problems were the wireless remote would not connect and the headset (which was brand new) would not work properly. The PS4 worked perfectly.They called several hours later saying it could not be fixed. We went and picked it up and Adam advised it may need a new motherboard.Long story short, we got home plugged it in and the wired remote Did not work at all anymore. A few moments later the PS4 made a popping sound and it does not work all.This is unbelievable. Be very cautious taking game consoles to this place.I am not one to leave reviews, but have lived in Baytown 25 plus years, and have never seen such bad business like this.

Everything about this store is truly impressive. I drove from Orange and it was totally worth the drive. I have a Galaxy S8, and it was a little difficult trying to find a store close to me that would repair the screen. The one store I did locate in Beaumont told me that I would be responsible for an extra $60 to replace the backing if they cracked it during repair. So, I decided to drive to the Baytown store. The location makes it very easy to find for someone like me, who is not familiar with the area. The store is super clean, and the service was really fast. I dropped my phone off on a Sunday at 3:00, grabbed a bite to eat down the road, walked around Famous Footwear for a bit, and the tech called me at 4:30 to let me know my phone was ready. I cant say enough about the professionalism. Fast and extremely friendly staff. Will be using them in the future for sure!

My sons and my experiences with uBreakIFix had been great. They work with our phone insurance and if they cant fix something, theyre straight up about it. They are fast, courteous and do a great job. My son has had three phone screens replaced and you could not tell at all. The job was done all.

I dont usually write a review unless its great or horrible service. I would give this more stars if I could. It was very fast. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. And I got my back phone in wonderful working condition. I appreciate these people and I highly recommend them for your cell repairs.

I have an iPhone X and have used this location before to repair a cracked screen through an insurance claim. Damien was awesome! He no longer works there, and I found out the hard way. I went last week to have the screen repaired again on the same phone and again through an insurance claim. Everything on my phone worked prior to bringing it to this location. I returned to find my iPhone screen had not been repaired and instead somehow they damaged the cable that makes Face ID work. It worked fine before bringing it to them! Two guys told me “just call the insurance and get a new phone.” Easy for them to say and shrug it off their shoulders! It will never be a new phone through insurance, and I don’t want a refurbished phone! My phone is a year old and now I have this refurbished one because they damaged mine and don’t take ownership in the mistake!

When I called over the phone I spoke to Damion, the manager. He was very polite and knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know. When I came to get my phone fixed, he said it’d be done in 30 minutes but actually got it done in about 15 minutes. The service was awesome and Damion is wonderful at what he does. He’ll take great care of you!!

Fast, professional service, with friendly staff.

My family and I are not very computer smart! We called and spoke with someone . He was very nice on the phone explained that I could bring my laptop up there and he would show me how to download my app I needed that was not allowing me to at home. Come to find out the software company was having a glitch he kept my laptop for two days got it fixed. He was very sweet and made sure that he called me periodically and let me know if the issues and when it would be ready. I highly recommend this store. I have already referred my friend to him to see what they could do on working their magic !

Staff were great. Downside is that I went in to fix my iPhone7’s cracked screen, so I could try and avoid paying a new phone bill, and ended up having to just get a new phone.When I broke the screen I still had function of the touch sensor, it was just the glass that was broken. So, they replaced the glass only for 97$ (which should’ve been an easy fix), but the screen they put on wasn’t a good replacement for the Apple hardware. The quality is definitely lower. The tap/touch sensor started messing up bc it wasn’t accepting the replacement, and when I would hard reset it (to try and self adjust) the screen would turn white and pixelated. I took it back to see if replacing the glass a second time (no charge) would resolve the issue, which it partially did. The touch/tap sensor was less glitchy than before and I could type a little better, but it still was an issue when I would try to tap one thing and it’d tap something random across the screen. Additionally, the white screen while resetting never was fixed, meaning the problems were still there just less noticeable.I also read other comments on here about the newer iphones having problems after repairs. But I guess for the price, and if you can live with the minor glitches till you can afford a new phone, its still a good solution. Luckily, I was able to trade in what I had to get a discount on my new phone. Probably would recommend them better for Android stuff and older apple products.

I give 5 stars due to my galaxy note 8 was broke front and back soo bad that the screen was black and was flashing green stripes . I called and was told that she could fix it no problem. Brought it in was explained what all had to be replaced and why and was quoted 2 hrs for repair time and a price . It was done in less than 2 hrs and the lady got me 30 dollars off the quoted price so needless to say Im very happy and will use them for any future issues . Highly recommend for any Samsung repair Baytown location

Fantastic service and great workmanship!!I came to the shop on a walk-in basis and the friendly staff took a couple minutes to get my details and immediately started working to replace the screen on my phone. When they were done, it was like using a new phone Will definitely use them again the next time I need a screen repair.

Took my S8 to these guys for the 2nd time. As with the 1st visit, the 2nd was great. Clean store. polite, courteous staff. Work was spot on. Phone looks and works like new.

After replacing my screen on my iPhone 11, I purchased a screen protector from them and the touch functions wouldn’t work. After removing the screen protector, the touch function started to work. They didn’t have an answer for me on why the Protecter didn’t work. One week in, I barely dropped my phone and guess what??? It’s cracked!!!!! So I spent over $200.00 to repair a screen I can’t put a protector on. Now the warranty is voided because the screen is cracked. Total rip off!!! I’m very upset and displeased with the service I was provided.Response to your response:I’ve dropped my phone without the protector many times and it didn’t break with original screen. If your screen is good quality why didn’t the screen protector work???? I went to BestBuy and purchased a $24.00 one and that didn’t work either!Can you answer why the screen protector didn’t work on your screens?

I had my Samsung s10+ and my s8 repaired here. Took about an hour which was well worth the wait. Jill the regional manager was amazing as well she even worked after hours to ensure another customer got their phone the same day...

I just want to say GREAT things about this place, the manager Darian (I think) was extremely helpful when I came in with a small shatter in my phone. He guided me to my Verizon insurance company, which was totally useless in helping me, he lent me a phone to use while I contacted them, and was very welcoming to all customers that came in. He was able to assist me and many others at a time... The quoted time is very accurate! I will definitely be returning shall I need to...

This place is AMAZING!!!! In Baytown theres a lot of smaller repair shops that Ive taken my device to but there always seems to be something wrong with the repair. Here though, at uBreakiFix, theyre professionals. Anytime Ive ever been to a uBreakiFix Ive always been impressed!! They always seem to pay attention to the little details that other repair stores dont and it makes your experience feel 100% better, especially when you have to spend money to get something fixed that you werent expecting to.I brought my iPhone 8 Plus here to get it fixed. They quoted me $99.99 over the phone but told me that if I found a lower price that they price match, which I was able to find a lower price. So I got professional work done at a lower cost, which is a HUGE game changer. THEY ALSO HAD THE REPAIR DONE IN 20 MINUTES. Ive never been to one of these other shops around here and had it done in that amount of time. Usually theres always a low time quote and then a run around when its been over an hour.
