EXCELLENT TEAMWORK! THE LEADER AS WELL AS THE TECHNICIANS EACH HAD THEIR ASSIGNED TASKS. AS THEY SERVICED MY VEHICLE THEY HAD VERBAL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EACH OTHER OF WHAT WAS BEING COMPLETED TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STEP IN SERVICE DECREASING POSSIBLE SAFETY ISSUES. THIS TEAM FROM THE LEADER, TO THE COMPUTER TABLET GUY EXPLAINING MY VEHICLE NEEDS TO ME, TO THE TECHS WHO ACTUALLY DID PHYSICAL WORK, ALL VERY WELL DONE!( I ALSO CHOSE TO STAY INSIDE MY VEHICLE.)

After having a few disappointments with other oil changes i decided to go to Jiffy Lube. I absolutely love just sitting in my car listening to the radio while everything on my car is checked out. I usually grab a big peach tea from sonic and just relax while they change my oil and check all my fluids, filters and tires. They check your lights, turn signals brakes etc. Then you get a coupon valid for 7 days to go next door and get your car fully detailed. I love Jiffy Lube and i trust them with my car.

Great team of guys, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient. Michael, the customer service rep walked me through several issues that need to be addressed and now I have a plan in place to prevent them from becoming major issues. I dont feel like Im being talked at here like I was at other service locations. Will definitely be returning for my car maintenance needs.

Had a good time getting my oil changed, having a conversation with 2 employees there, Jo Jo was wonderful to talk with about music and I didnt catch the other guys name but he speaks 3 pr 4 different languages, cool guy, Laid back. This is my 1st experience getting a oil change and enjoying having to wait.

Amanda got my information and chase took care of me right away I was in and out all on my lunch break with time to still grab a quick bite. I will definitely be coming back again. Ive been using this location for 5 years now and have never had any issues or complaints! Even when theyre busy they still take the time to clearly communicate the cost of each individual service and show you the manufacturer recommended services based on your mileage. They let you know if they think something needs to be done, but dont pressure you into spending money you dont want to spend.

The last place that changed my oil stripped out the plug and just covered it in sealant. Jiffy Lube replaced the oil pan quickly and didn’t even charge me for the extra labor. Excellent communication and upfront pricing. Now, I won’t go anywhere else!

Went in for state inspection. No problems...they were professional and efficient.Updated 9-8-21Still same efficient and professional service. Ive been several times times for oil changes and state inspections.

All employees were knowledgeable and communicated effectively between each other and with us. Would definitely return if we lived in the area but were only visiting briefly for hurricane Delta evacuation.

I took my car into the Jiffy Lube off Garth rd. In Baytown for the first time right before closing. I was met with a huge smile and guidance on where to pull up by Jo. I then spoke with a few of the employees about the pros and cons of switching oil to synthetic. They all were as knowledgeable as can be. They could not have answered my question better. They were clear and easy to understand. I was never up-sold or uncomfortable. I was outta there in less than 15 minutes. Seriously.And plus they had coffee with sugar and good creamer as well as the cleanest restroom I’ve ever seen at any type of auto servicing business. Jeremy was great and made me feel right at home. I’d recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone I know. Thank y’all! I’ll be back!

Jiffy Lube wrecked my car after they serviced it; and it was deemed a total loss. In addition, they still charged me for the service. They have provided minimal assistance in rectifying the situation. What should have been a routine visit is now costing me hundreds of dollars.

Quick oil change and check on the rest of the fluids, tire pressure, and filters.

I mean they did a good job with the oil change. But they took out my cabin air filter, put it back, but didnt screw the latch back on it.... Made for an awkward drive looking in my cup holder to see the screws.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady working up there right now, kinda heavy set, not only made fun of the question we had but also cussed at us. I will be calling to talk to the manager about this tomorrow. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I do not recommend it.

I desperately needed my oil changed after traveling so much this summer so I stopped in during my lunch break. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. The staff was very friendly and made sure I understood all of my options before agreeing to services. I also need my brakes done and will be back this weekend to get them done because they offer brakes and other services...who knew!? The staff was friendly and the environment was very clean and comfortable.

Very accommodating, friendly and honest service. Mechanics great, and will install most parts if you bring them (call ahead to make sure they can do what you need first), great hours of availability, and they do discounts for military and responders.

This place totally ripped me off if I could give 0 starts I would. I went In to get a simple inspection for my vehicle and they decided to do something extra called an emissions test which I did not AUTHORIZE and apparently I didnt pass the test but was still charged and couldnt get a paper for my registration. After leaving there I went to another place for an inspection and was charged $7.00 and passed and was able to get my registration. I am highly upset that I was charged for an emissions test that I did not authorize not too mention didnt pass to get my registration.

Expensive on wipers. I did not know it was 30 dollars for each wiper. All I wanted was an inspection sticker and ended up paying 100 dollars because of the windshield wipers. Slightly unsatisfied.

Me and my fiancee went here about a month ago . when we left we went out of town but when we made it out of town the oil pan from bottom was hanging off we had to call a tow truck they said pan was not put back on right and all bolts were not put back. So we called and came back to location showed them reciept where we had to pay tow driver. Was told they would order another pan and give money back for tow charges but here we are a month later and pan supposedly just came in but no refund for tow said they have to call district manager DJ Pittman to see what he wants to do but from what we were told all that was done when we went back and was supposed to have pan and refund. But nooo this is NOT the first time this has happened.
