Great place in Baytown... I only gave it 4 stars because I haved used there mechanics on my boat yet or bought a boat from there yet so I dont know how those services are. But I use their parts department regularly and always get great service and alot of help with any questions I may have. If the rest of the place is a good as that department it deserves 5 stars... The people at Reynolds Marine in Baytown are the best. Very good and knowledgeable people. Bob knows his boats and answered my questions. He gave me a great deal right up front, a LOT better than others dealers. Very easy to work with on getting the boat equipped and ready. Michele is wonderful, going beyond to help me to get the best rate on financing. She even got insurance quotes for me. My NauticStar boat is great. If your looking to buy a boat, you should do yourself a favor and go visit with Reynolds Marine.

Definitely recommend taking a look at Reynolds Marine if youre in the market for buying a boat. Bob will help you the entire way build the boat you want. Not the boat and equipment you are being pushed into buying. Best part, he is there after the buy to help you with any issues that may come up.

Bad bad bad dealings. They replaced an oil reservoir and rebuilt my tilt and trim and when i got home both leaked. NOT GOOD!!!

Best buying experience EVER!! I appreciate the time Bob took with me to make sure I was getting the exact boat I wanted.... not just what was on the lot like the other shops I went to. He took the time to sit down and go over all of the standard features and options. With his experience and my needs, he helped me build the boat that Ive always wanted. Additionally, he was able to let me know of some of the obstacles that may arise and what I could do to help prevent, maintain, and care for my new boat. It felt good to talk to some one that really knows about and believes in their product. Not once did he tell me I NEEDED anything, but merely made suggestions that could make my boat owning experience better. I believe his words were Its your boat, lets make sure its just what you want. The optional equipment I had installed was flawless and looks like the boat was made that way. Right up to when I pulled out of the gate, it was a great experience. Thank you Reynolds Marine!

Mr. Bob was very nice, honest, and informative.

Been coming here for years. Brett is the man when it comes to outboard jets. Bob Johnson (owner, not mr reynolds lives on the bay, knives these waters, and whats worth a damn in the salt, the bayous and the open bays. Price is excellent, service and communication great - some people just need to stick to bass pro shops for boating needs, and need to understand this is a small business thatll provide more knowledge than youll ever find at a major retailer.
