The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I especially like that they offered disposable coverings to use while trying out the sample mattresses and offered hand sanitizer. I also felt comfortable because masks were required. Overall good experience! So far the mattress feels good and is what we expected. The delivery was also timely and the two guys wore mask and shoe coverings when entering our home. They were both professional and polite. They even hauled away the old mattress!

When I tell you the customer service was amazing!!!!😊😉 Tim made me and my husband feel so welcome. He was very knowledgeable when It came to showing us the mattresses. And the other associate Krystal was wonderful with the demonstrations. I would till a friend or a family member who have back pain to go there and get a mattress. Worth it

This has been by far the best mattress firm visit ever! My 11 year old was in need of a new mattress and I had walked in just looking for the most decent firm mattress for an 11 year old who pretty much doesn’t take care of anything that I buy him! The store manager Robert was able to help me understand firm doesn’t equate to lasting longer. Robert allowed my son to test mattresses and ultimately he settled on a great mattress at a great price! The manager was very informative and personable. Will definitely send others to this location in the near future!

Honestly I forgot the great man that helped me. I asked what I needed and he accommodated properly. I went looking for a purple bed I was allowed to lay on it like I wish to sleep just get a feel of the bed and I was not disappointed. I also asked for other beds alike with the firmness but the purple bed for me.

They made the process very easy and enjoyable. I will definitely send family and friends to them.

Yesterday I went to Mattress Firm In Baytown anticipating the dreaded “used car salesmen” pressure to buy. To my delight, Kristina was the exact opposite! She was very attentive to my preset budget and mattress quality. Because of my experience here I highly recommend this store.

Mattress Firm in Baytown, Tx by Hobby Lobby is awesome ... told the salesman what I wanted and he immediately helped me out ... the entire experience was quick and efficient while the salesman was pleasant and very helpful. I will be going back with my sister in a few weeks to buy her mattress.

The sales associate, Angela Platt, was so helpful with us. When we walked in we were the only ones for a little bit but several people had come in and she was helpful to all of us. She took her time with us and showed us many different options and was patient with us when we couldnt make up our mind. If we ever need another mattress we will definitely be back to see her!

After Harvey wiped out our other beds we had been sleeping on hotel beds(ugh) . Finally getting back on our feet we stopped into the Mattress Firm on Garth Rd next to Jasons Deli where we met Robert Taylor. I recommend you highly ask for Robert Taylor. Especially if you hate the old adage Used Car salesman approach that many take. Robert never gives off or makes your shopping feel that way. He listens, gives great knowledgeable answers instead of blowing smoke up your rear! He doesnt push you to buy any certain style or brand of matress. He is straight forward . I walked out with a quote on 3 complete beds . Happy but still wanted to shop/price compare. I came back 2 days later tweaking what I was after . Still got the same great service, still saved close to a grand. Walked out with knowing I got a quality product, great customer service, and didnt have that ugh im glad thats over experience. Congrats Robert Taylor for your excellence and professionalism. You deserve a raise .
