The Adufos family will try their best to work with you. Honest and respectful people. My moms car was side swiped really bad we filed claim and they towed it from her apartment. I have been here before with little jobs for front bumper replace on my titan, fender flares painted and install. Every single visit we were treated fairly. I wont hesitate to recommend others. I have taken many cars here in the past and had no issues. Jr however, is not professional. Too bad Sr can’t tend to everything b/c he has better customer service. They missed replacing the entire side mirror and several dents after my wreck, and a few days after I got my car back the door handle came off while opening it! When I brought the car back for them to finish the work that insurance paid for already, the owner was very rude about getting a rental and spoke to me very unprofessional. Long time customer but I will NOT be back.

I took my vehicle to this shop for some minor repairs and I paid in advance. It was there over a week, when I went to pick it up... there were multiple things that were not fixed.I am very unsatisfied with the service.

We took our 2010 GMC Sierra Denali here to get a full facial, fender, roof, and half a door painted. Over all the paint job is clean and congruent with the rest of the truck, however the clean up SUCKS. I took it back to get compound cleaned off the black plastic trim of the truck and to get a spot in the clear coat corrected. When I picked the truck up it had more compound on it and in different places this time.

I took my car for an estimate, the Mr gave me a price already at the time of requesting the estimate on paper and madam changed the price completely. Pedantic, and very arrogant.Nothing professional, and lack of words.I would not recommend them.If I could give them a -10 I would!
