I was very impressed with the customer service at Grove equipment service. I was trying to get there asap as I had already driven for about 30 minutes to BadBoy dealer in North Lakeland but they didnt have the size mower that I was told would be there. When I called Grove equipment service.....I believe the gentlemans name was Rodney... I was about 25 minutes away from his location but Rodney said that he would wait for me. Theyre quite a ways from my house probably about an hour away but it was well worth the drive.

Salesman was great, helpful, knowledgeable. I was looking for a sub compact tractor to use to clear some trails in an overgrown property. They carry 3 brands, Massey, Mahindra, and Bobcat. He helped me choose the correct attachments to do what I needed and the price was very reasonable.

Amazing dealership. Highly recommended. This was one of my best buying experiences. The sales representative (I later learned that he was the Vice president, Robby McKeeman) that helped me throughout the process was very informative, honest and most importantly NOT pushy.Robby was able to provide detailed technical information, recommendations on the proper equipment based on my needs and suggestions on implements that I might need. The rest of the staff was very welcoming (even at Saturday morning...).Highly recommended

10 Stars! I had to drive a little farther but well worth it. Great service, friendly and huge inventory, sInce I drove a while they did the service while I waited instead of having to make two trips, their idea, they got on it and worked hard to get it done, by the time I Iooked at the tractors and implements and had a little lunch, they were finished with my major service and pcu update, back home fast. Van the Service Manager is very helpful and this was on a tractor I didnt buy from them. So when I got the itch to upgrade, guess what, I traded up with Grove because they have taken care of my every concern!

I recently bought a Mahindra Retriever from Grove Equipment in Bartow. I ordered a windshield and roof, and they had promised to replace a headlight which had condensation in it. They delivered the Mahindra, and have made several trips to my house in Homeland to deliver and install all requested parts, to include a gun rack I ordered well after the sale. I don’t know about Mahindra as a whole. But I know I will be doing business with Grove Equipment in the future.

We went here a year ago looking for a tractor was told that we were approved to buy any tractor. Said we needed to think over the options and we would be back. Came back a week later and was looked over as if we werent there. We chose to go to another dealership to get our Mahindra (which we are very happy with), since Grove didnt have time for us. The cluster went out in our tractor and we called Grove to get it serviced and was told that it would be about 2 months before they could get to it and if someone came in that bought a tractor from them that we would be pushed back. So we took it back to where we bought it from (2 hours away)and it was handled in 30 minutes. Had another small glitch and decided to try again with grove (as they are 10 minutes from us). Still bad service. Van the service guy, said that it wasnt reported as warranty work done (when I called it was) then he bad mouthed Mahindra saying they dont pay for warranty work quickly and that we would be charged and if Mahindra paid they would reimburse us. So we will be taking it back where we have always gotten excellent customer service which is well worth the 2 hour drive. All I have to say is that if you buy a Mahindra you should be able to get it repaired in a timely manner at any Mahindra dealer but come to find out that is not true. Mahindra told me that they are privately owned and can not make them treat people nice or work on the tractors. It is a sad day when you try to keep money local and you have people like Grove Equipment .

A quick follow-up,Last month, I order a Mahindra XTV 750 C from a dealership in Vero Beach, Florida. A couple of weeks later, I was notified that they no longer were a Mahindra Dealer. I was set on purchasing the Mahindra XTV 750 C versus the Polaris 900 crew. After comparing the two, I felt that Mahindra had the better product. So, I decided to drop a line via email to Mahindra, themselves. Much to my surprise, 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Mahindras Vice President. In most businesses, this is unheard of. He told me that Mahindra values each customer the same, no matter how big or how little the purchase is, they aim to please. I would like to thank the outstanding and quick response I received from the staff of Mahindra, to include, the Vice President of Mahindra, the Florida/Alabama Regional Director, as well as the staff of Grove Equipment in Bartow, Florida. Grove Equipment verified and processed the order as if they had handled the initial order themselves. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall response and professionalism from the entire Mahindra staff in assisting me with the purchase. As for the Mahindra XTV 750 C, I, along with some of my friends that own a Polaris, put the Mahindra XTV 750 C to the test this past weekend on a cattle ranch. I was able to move mineral boxes out of mud and sludge, onto high ground hauling a full load of cattle feed and minerals in the dump bed and four adults.
