Publix is a clean and well stocked store. Their products are fresh and meats are good quality. When they sell bogo you get good deals otherwise a little pricey. We try to get our deals in other stores but always go to Publix too.

The staff was extremely pleasant and most helpful. Made my day because they were genuine in their actions. Wish we had a Publix at home in NC

Good service we went in for their subs and picked up some items for home. Subs are always great, and getting an open resister is never a problem, whenever there is more than 3 people in line they will open another register.

Clean, well lit, and a good layout. The store was easy to navigate and checkout was a breeze. The downside was the bathrooms were not very well clean and there was a funky odor, but I hope that isnt and everyday thing.

Very Friendly...Courteous...Great Customer Service.... they treat their customers with the utmost respect...When I cant find what Im looking for... I dont have to run up and down the aisle to find help because there is always someone asking if they could help....Publix have good quality food...the fruit is always very sweet and tasty...vegetables are Not lifeless...but good and firm....I love Walmart...But I Love Publix More.....The Store is always neat...the atmosphere is very inviting....prices are reasonable...No matter which Publix I shop at....I get the same treatment...Their slogan holds true to every word.... The employees are five stars. The management in the green shirts they stand around and talk to each other. Wouldn’t hurt if they smiled even when they’re not waiting on a customer.(which could be more often).The store is clean and tidy. And unlike some stores it smells nice. I also enjoy the music. Especially when it’s more updated. Masks are mandatory if they are not wearing them should be suggested in a polite manner to wear or provide one in wrap.

The Pharmacist at this Publix needs to go through Publix Customer Service & Medical Training. He had the audacity to tell my husband & son that they werent immunocompromised and refused to administer the 3rd Covid Booster shot to either of them. My husband has MS(Multiple Sclerosis) & RA(Rheumatoid Arthritis) both of which are Autoimmune Diseases. My husband is also of a vulnerable age because hes 72 and he has Heart Disease & Diabetes. My son, who is only 24 has Sickle Cell which is also an Autoimmune Disease and hes Asthmatic. The Pharmacist at this Publix (255 Van Fleet Rd, Bartow, FL) should be FIRED!!! Its is NOT incumbent upon him to be the Covid Police and if he keeps turning away folks who are immunocompromised or immunosuppressive then hes opening the door for Publix to be litigated against...Law Suits will occur! This was completely unacceptable & not to mention, demoralizing!

The absolute highest prices in town! $5.09 for quart jar of Dukes Mayonnaise! The 48oz jar nearby store is only at $4.30! Watch the produce at this store, not great quality.

Im from Connecticut, so Im used to Big Y and Stop and Shop. Always went to Stop and Shop, though. I do miss it. But Publix is great. They dont have the Polar Seltzer water I got back home, but thats ok. And there seems to a Publix store everywhere.

The girls in the Pharmacy are amazing.Brandy, Michelle, and Cheryl are the reason I will drive out of my way from Plant City to Bartow to have my RX filled... They have excellent customer service and are always pleasant with smiles to brighten up any bad day. They are always professional and courteous, and go above and beyond to know their customers. I will not go to any other Publix because of them.

What else can you expect at this Publix? Besides the usual??? Thats a rhetorical question to say the least. Feels like a small town grocery store with the selection of a huge super center. The staff here is great and the store is always exceptionally clean. Expect the best always from Publix.

I order subs often from the deli, last few times havent been good at all. I asked for everything on my sub and got jalapenos and olives. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

Phone list stops in store 2 shoppers both lost list in store bagger put my fresh hot Cuban in bag with cold fresh salmon and shrimp so sandwich smelled like fish ugh then overloaded bags they were broke open when I got home in seat had 2 mayo 2bbq jar, 2 A1 jars, 2 candy in 1 bag and 7 or 8 items in other bag im very handicapped so had to grey bags and repack everything

Ive gone to Publix since I moved to Florida 5 yrs ago. Their aisles are filled most times. I like their BOGOs. It reminds me of Food Lion where I always shopped. This virus has made everything more expensive. Que Sera, Sera!

Prices are too high and there are very little selections of vegetables and meat.

Fast friendly service. Mask are required to shop. Dividers at check out. Handicap entryway and parking. No temperature taking.

I stopped into this store for the 3rd time and found that the deli hot case is always unattended and leaves its customers unattended to. I waited 10 mins before I finally walked off along with 3 other customers. Seems like they have plenty of workers but noone to delegate what they should be doing first.

Typical Publix very clean very personable employees.

There are never enough employees working in the sub section during lunch hour no matter which publix you visit in the area. I waited in line for 20 minutes! And the person who made my sub didnt seem to know what they were doing.

I only really go there for the subs which are decent half of the time. They like to leave the ends empty and stuff the middle, not worth the money if half of a half is empty. Sometimes its wet through the wrapper. Tried their philly cheese steak for the first time, it was a mistake. Everything is smaller and less. Bread smaller than a slice from a loaf a white bread, barely and theres barely any meat. The entire sandwich is so small in comparison to a sub that half a normal sub is more filling than the entire philly. Youre better off getting a normal sub for your moneys worth...sometimes.

Was there today and although masks are mandatory, they were letting young people and families shop without them throughout the store and at the deli counter. Because of that we didnt feel safe enough to purchase our deli meats, cheeses, and fresh made chicken 😔
