Their prices for their actual bath/body products arent too bad for the quality. But I literally smelled every single scent they have there and I dont really like any of them anymore. Their candle and home scents are outrageously priced. The customer service at this particular location was awesome though 😊

I ordered online and received the wrong order in the mail. Went into the Augusta store with the items. Even though Customer Service was down, Jenny, the store manager, did everything she could to try to assist me. She did take the wrong items to send back for me and gave the me number to call. Called today and got it all sorted out. Great customer service from Jenny and the Augusta Maine store.

Love, Love, Love this place. I can always find something great on sale anytime of year. The semi-anual sale is the best time to stock up. I go for the lotions, foam hand soap and scented wall flowers! I am always getting compliments on how nice everything smells! If you have never tried them you must!

Love Bath and Body Works. Great place to buy all your lotion and sprays, body butter. All sorts of nice smelling lotions and sprays. My absolute favorite is the Aromatherapy line. Its called the stress relief. It smells so awesome.
