My wife and I just recently had several windows replaced in our family/dining room. From the get go I was impressed with the owner John Hogan. He was well organized, and really knew his business overall about the windows we needed replaced. One of them we had converted to a large bow window. His installers did an excellent, very efficient job on everything. My wife did some follow up vacuuming, and I like what she said Its already clean Yes I told her they cleaned everything up inside, and out! You couldnt even tell they were here except for our wonderful new windows!!! Just wanted to say thanks again ☺️, again we would highly recommend them to anyone in the future! Excellent 👌 job!!!!

We ordered a screen door for our sliders. It is very nice & they installed a little door in it for our furbabies! Now our pups can easily go in & out without letting a bunch of flies in! I never wouldve guessed that I could be so excited over a screen door! We love it! The employees were very kind & professional :)

I am going to make this plane and simple. Do not even bother with these folks. 5 grand was not enough for these clowns to correctly install a quality front entrance door, and then they had certain employees want to talk garbage out in public. A good recipe for disaster........this is JOE.

After 4 years a window pane fogged up, they ordered a replacement and had it installed within 5 weeks. WSA stands by their work.I also bought 3 new windows for install. They replaced all the old window trim with new composite trim-- it looks great!!5★ customer service, and 5★ work.

Worked with John on selecting all my new windows for my house. I have an older house and he was able to recommend the right product for me that fit the needs for my family and my budget. John is very professional and is thorough in his work. He also stopped by after the job was done to ensure good quality and explain warranty info.Gary, who was on the job site installing the windows, was also a great asset to the team. He treated this job as if it were for his own house. He stayed late to ensure the site was cleaned up and even put our fall decorations back the way they were after moving them. Gary took the time to even move his truck to ensure any mess that was missed by the blower was cleaned up.This company is the real deal. They care about their customers and want to truly earn your business.

Great place to get your siding and some other stuff for your house when Lowes and Home Depot couldnt get the color that I need it I sent my wife over with a piece of the siding from the house and the gentleman knew exactly what to order didnt take long to get and really wasnt too much money

I dont have a complaint about the actual quality of my windows, but they dont seal well or lock in one of the bedrooms where I had new windows installed. About a month after installation, I called to complain and they sent someone out who commented that I just need to push down harder on the window for it to lock. Well, I still cant get the windows to lock (0 out of 3 windows) and either can my farmer husband so I dont think strength is the issue. Ive called every couple of months for the last 2 years or so to complain...each time they refer me to a manager, he rudely takes my info and says hell talk to some guy named Joe and I never hear back. Ive called at least 6 times...I usually remember when I walk in my daughters room on a hot or cold day and there is a marked difference in temperature between their room and the rest of our home.I will never use them again due to their complete disregard of my issue. It seems like an easy fix that could be completed in less than an hour but I guess their customer service is so poor they dont care to fix the windows. I would assume this issue would be particularly concerning because its in my daughters room and the windows cant lock which isnt safe but apparently its too much to ask for one hour of their time.

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff! They were able to get me a gate kit specifically for my style of railing for my pool deck quickly and for a reasonable price!
