For a small store they have a good selection for any kind of project youre working on. Helpful staff and good store hours even though the mall is darn near empty. If they dont have a certain fabric in stock they can order from the store warehouse for you. The online website for corporate inst that easy to navigate so the personal store ordering help is priceless.

Everything was easy to find and with a lot of options. Company was well staffed and helpful. Lots of possibilities, I could spend hours in this store.

I love this this little craft shop.

I like joannes alot but they are kind of disorganized..you can special order something,but wait for 3 wks b4 you get a call its in.after you cancelled it..when all they had to do was get it from another store for you but then they want to charge yoy shipping..so you order online when you see they have the item in the store again.then the next day. They cancel your order cause they dont have any in the store.Really?the one manager said there was ALOT of what i needed ..in their warehouse..love the store but they need better online policing and in store better managment in mentor..
