Absolutely horrible dealership, after being transferred around for 20 min and having to re explain the problem about 10 times no one could help me diagnose my truck as I’m stuck on the side of the road. And everyone I talked to was annoyed they had to do their job or talk to a customer. I have 2019 2500 and will be getting the TRX soon but not from Don Davis, what a joke this place is.

I took my vehicle in for a recall a few months ago, they broke something in the process and wouldnt take responsibility. My vehicle was in driveable condition when I dropped it with them, and it was NOT able to drive when they got done with it. I was basically forced to pay them $450 because I had no other option since they broke something and I couldnt even pick my vehicle up and take it to a good shop.Management wasnt helpful whatsoever.I shouldnt have even gone back, I forgot I had already had a previous bad experience at this same Don Davis location a few years ago - so its not just a one time thing either.My free recall cost me around $450. I wish Id gone anywhere but there. I would have even been fine with paying for the part that they broke, but the labor was excessive and they gave me a small discount, but it was nothing compared to the cost I paid because I took my vehicle to Don Davis.

I’m very sad to leave a bad review as I am not one to do so unless needed. I dropped my car off for servicing on a Saturday. Didn’t mind at all how long it was going to take because I understood things are backed up. But Mary was my service advisor… with that being said she did not call me once the entire time my car was being serviced for a week. She called me that following Friday to tell me it was ready. I had to asked what was done and what the problems were. I come to pick up the car and notice there was a part that wasn’t replaced that she had forgot about. Said she would order it and call me when it’s ready. When they called a week later I came in and it was wrong. Ok I get it. Said she would call back and never did. A week went by and I called and spoke to manny another service writer. He also promised to call back and nothing. ANOTHER week went by and nothing. So I called again and asked to speak to someone else in service and they sent me to parts not telling me. How surprising. The gentleman in parts was great and sent me to the service MANAGER Joe Johnson to leave a voicemail. So I did. Well instead of Mr. Johnson calling me back as a manager should when things get bad he had Mary call me…. The one who doesn’t communicate at all. What a sorry dealership this is. It took her about two and a half weeks to tell me she can’t help that I need to call the dealership I bought it from. Sounds like you don’t know how to do research. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Really hope it turns around and gets better staff

Very slow followup. Not happy with service. Brought car the first time my car was not fully diagnosed. As soon as I took my car home after they so call fixed it, it started operating the same problems before they fixed it the first time. Now that I brought it in a second time, now there is a new set of problems. So this tells me they do not do a complete check on cars. It would seem to me after you fix what you think is the problem you would ride around keep the car few more days to make sure it was fixed. So they charge me another diagnose fee and want to charge me a separate diagnose fee for the airbag light. The second amount to fix the car is more than the first time I so call got my car fixed. Not thourough at all. I picked up my car and I will be going somewhere else. WOW. RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. On top of all this I am in the market to purchase a truck and I want a Ram. Not anymore. This is how disappointed I am with Dodge.

Beware! Do not take your car to be serviced there. I just bought a 2021 Grand Cherokee and it wasnt running right. So I called to make appointment the next week. I live 20 miles away and would be waiting for it, the advisor knew this. When I got to the appointment, I was told they couldnt look at it for 2-3 days. It is first come first serve, according to the advisor, I wish he hadnt lied to me in the first place. Seems they only care about getting your money when you buy the car and not taking care of you after.

I took my car in because it had a few recalls. I made my appointment for 11am, Tuesday September 21, 2021. I figured they would be done early and I would have the rest of the day to run my errands. Well as the day progressed I noticed that my car was still parked out side. Now, I dont like to tell people how to do their job, so I held my peace. It was until almost 4pm that they finally took my car in. As I wait, an hour passes. And then I was informed that they wont be able to have my car ready that same day. I was understandable of the situation. They did offer to load me a car, but I declined. Come Wednesday, I called ahead after I got off from work to make sure I could pick up my vehicle. I was informed that I could. I drove all the way there. And then I was informed that it wasnt going to be ready either because, after they installed the part there was a leak and it turns out they had installed the wrong part. So they werent going to have it ready for that day either. Im trying to keep my cool, but its frustrating!!! That vehicle is my only means of transportation, my sister-in-law is been nice and letting me use her vehicle. But I dont feel comfortable driving cars that arent mine! I may not even bring it back to get the other recall fixed. Ill just leave it to luck at this point. If it means I wont go two days with out my car, then so be it!!!!

Edgar Velasquez at the Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Arlington, Texas was great with helping us find the vehicle we wanted. Couldn’t get the first one but was able to get the second which wife loved even more being the white 2021 Jeep Wrangler 80th anniversary edition. Once we got the paperwork started it went fairly quick and we were able too walk out the same day the Jeep. I personally at first wasn’t too fond of the Jeep but have fallen in love with it after driving it. Just takes a bit to get used to the size of it.

My experiences have been decent prices are okay but this last time I had my tires rotated they stripped out the lock nut then charge me a horrendous fee they are the only ones that rotate my tires. Even though the service manager helped out I still feel I was wronged.

My vehicle oil light would come on when I would sit idling or when I would be at a red light soon as I saw the problem; I took my Dodge Charger here to the I30 1909 North Collins Arlington tx Dodge Chrysler Jeep location for vehicle service. I HAD AN APPOINT WITH DODGE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO SHOP ON TIME WHEN I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE THE FOLLOWING MORNING THE LADY IN SERVICE SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND MY VEHICLE. THATS NOT ALL!!!! After performing diagnostics test they said I need an oil pressure sensor and a ignition coil. OCTOBER 08,2021 A grand total 687.89 is what I was charged for the service.. They had my car a week only for me to have the same problem I brought the vehicle in for. The service report was unbelievable in report it says and I quote replaced oil pressure sensor and ignition coil car runs smooth OIL LIGHT comes on when car is idling and at stop lights.. Wait just a minute this is what I brought my car her for to begin with!!! As you can see the service report was a joke but I am not amused!!!🤔. I took my car to another shop guess what I found out they didnt even replace the oil pressure sensor!!!! This is my same oil pressure sensor I had originally!!! Thats not it!!!! 3.75 HOUR IN LABOR COST TO CHANGE OUT A SIMPLE SENSOR AND COIL IT DOESNT TAKE THAT LONG THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. My car still has a misfire!!! Im demanding a Full Refund I cant believe a received this kind of treatment I will never trust a dealership again!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SHOP TO DO THE JOB DODGE DID NOT DO BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR IT!!!

Brought my Hellcat for service and told them the battery is constantly discharging. When I picked the car up they told me battery is fine. Guess what, same problem after the service. I called them and told themAnd the answer was, call road service. I told them I live two Miles from the shop and asked if they have one of those portable jump starters which was denied. I’m stuck with a car that could be fixed easily but I guess that’s too much of an inconvenience for them. One of their mechanics just hung up on me. I bought the car brand new from them and expected more service but I guess that was unrealistic. I also bought a new GC at Classic in Arlington and what a difference. One things for sure, the next Hellcat will be from Classic. Don Davis willnever see me again. Stay away from them.

I went here for an Exhaust leak on a 2019 Ram 1500 and tailgate adjustment. They replaced one manifold and told me the breaking bolt issue has been fixed. That is WRONG! The bolt problem has Not Been Fixed. I specifically asked because I wanted aftermarket bolts installed at the time of service. They said the tailgate is fine although it does not line up with the fender and if you dont slam it, the tailgate falls open while driving. The exhaust leak has not been fixed, I returned on 6-5 and was told that my service advisor would call me today for a service appointment. Well, theyre closed and no phone call. I never had this problem from their Ford Dealership. Update: Got one returned phone call from a different service advisor, waiting on a service date to be set.

I hate buying cars. My Dad purchased all my cars until I was in my late 30s (dont judge). This was the best buying process ever. I was pre-approved, which made it easier. My sales person, Yazmin, was fantastic. The service was excellent. Im sold. I will be a Don Davis customer for LIFE.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The rep Mark Drexel needs to be replaced immediately! No communication, no since of urgency, does not assist at all! Schedule an appt for just a service at 4pm didn’t leave until 6. Truck was completed and had to discover my truck was completed myself. If I hadn’t looked in the bay myself I would’ve waited till closing. Found a hair cap in my truck, rear left tire was low on tire pressure and smudges left all over my truck! After my time was wasted and a terrible job of maintenance my truck all I could receive is a non sincere apology from the supposed manager on duty! Will never be returning to this location ever again. Completely disrespectful to customers and an overall horrendous experience. Was suppose to be a simple service oil change!

Bought my Jeep Wrangler here in 2017 and it was a good experience. My taillight cover piece recently broke and needed it to be replaced. Made an appointment online to get this replaced. Went to my appointment and they told me I didn’t have one. I showed them my confirmation text that I did indeed set up an appointment. Then my car was under someone else’s name in their system even though I purchased my jeep directly from them. They told me they had my taillight cover in stock and I paid for it. When they went to go replace the taillight cover, it ended up being a taillight for a 2020 jeep, not my 2017. So they had to order the taillight cover that fits my jeep. I had several workers come up to me and asked what I did to break my taillight cover. I felt very offended because the broken taillight was nothing I did and people should not assume that it was my fault. The worker who assisted me that day also removed the actual taillight bulbs and told me to purchase new ones at O’Reillys. There was nothing wrong with the bulbs, just the taillight cover. I had to go home and put the bulbs back on the taillight because I could have gotten pulled over or even worse, cause an accident because I can’t signal my turns. I returned today to pick up the correct taillight cover because I received a phone call a couple days ago that it was in. When I went to go pick up the taillight cover, it took them over 15 minutes to find it. They also told me that I would have to leave my car with them in order for them to replace the cover. This literally takes 5 min to unscrew the old cover and put the new cover on. Very dissatisfied with the service and respect I got from Don Davis. I will no longer offer them my business.

Worst customer service at the service department. I went about about a month ago to fix a battery issue and i was waiting for 5 hours with my 5-month baby at the lobby. As soon as we left my auto stop battery worked for a day and never worked again. I decided to give them another chance today and I went in and the lady that help me was just so rude and lying to my face saying my basic warranty expired. I decided to called a different dealership and they said she was crazy that the milage I had in my car still didnt reach the millage for my basic warranty to expired. I will not be attending this dealership anymore worst the experience I had. It was an older lady that helped me out with gray hair I believe her name was Mary.

My wife puchased an extended warranty and service plan with her 2020 50th Anniversary wide body Challenger. (She had traded in her 2017 Rubicon that was also purchased new from Don Davis) When she decided she was still a Jeep girl 4 months later, she found one at another dealership. Now, 6 months later, no one at Don Davis has returned her many, many calls for the refund that the salesman assured us would be returned. Apparently, if you trade elsewhere, you forfeit any returns from Don Davis. Buyers beware.

Worked with Matthew on purchasing a truck sight un-seen, the process was very simple to do, Matthew went above and beyond to send me multiple photos and videos of the truck before I made the purchase all remotely. Even took the time to get videos of it being driven so I could get a good feel of how it drove/sounded/shifted etcOverall very happy with the experience! My husband went July 3,2021 to get a patch for the tire because it was flat . After an hour wait time they told him he needed a brand new tire, the one that is mounted is not fixable and the tire will be in July 5,2021. I found very convenient for them because it was 10 mins before closing and Fourth of July next day. Well I called Monday 10:00 to get an update on the tire . No one called to follow up . They said the tired was not there yet. I called at 4:02pm on July 5th and they said it is ready . When we got to the dealership we noticed the tire was not new and they said it was . They went ahead and said they just patched it . I told them we waited for the new tire over the weekend to get patched ? They lied to us and said this was a new tire . How many people have they lied to ? This is unethical practice by their technicians . This should not be happening . They took the truck to put in the new tire and said it will be 30 minutes. I have reported them to FTC and will report them to the State also .

Ive done business with this dealership for many years. Some have been good, some not so much. The current staff and dealership leave you wondering if its a real one. I didnt feel anything special like at do at all other dealerships but I still payed more money. The work they did was not satisfactory, either! I bought a vehicle from them and the follow ups and calls about satisfaction lasted about 2 months until they let every person i dealt with go and havent heard from them unless they are trying to sell me a new vehicle. Everyone is nice but they just fall short on everything a dealership is supposed to be, in my opinion!

I went there to look for a vehicle and the sales rep was ok I was gonna trade my vehicle in so they took my keys to test drive my vehicle and on my keys I had some raycon earbuds that were on key ring so only way to get off is to take off and when I told them I didnt want to trade my vehicle and I wanted my keys they handed back my keys and I realized the next day that my earbuds were missing and I called and they had them huh so I had to drive over a hour to go get them. Watch yalls items I think they would have kept them if u hadnt called.

Bought my town and country, Dec. 9th. Didnt insure for a couple weeks, as I have another vehicle I drive. Basically van sat for a month or so. In January, got it insured, drove it a time or 2, the Battery goes dead. Had it tested, they said its no good. Had to buy a New Battery, approximately 2 weeks into driving it regularly. Back in February Radiator started to leak, Today had to buy a New Radiator.Called Don Davis Spoke to ABRAHAM he could care less and just like the weekly pay as you go corner lots that sell Junk cars, he started making excuses .BUYER Beware, is all I have to say.

So I went to Don Davis DODGE to get my bumper on my truck (1500 Lonestar) replaced and walked out with a 1500 REBEL!!! They gave me a good deal on my trade in. Jim Britton was my salesman great guy I blame myself for asking him what they had in stock. We are driving through and pulling our jeep with our motorhome. When we went to start our jeep it wouldn’t start. After calling road side service and getting a quick jump, we immediately called the closest jeep dealerships nearby. No one answered except Don Davis Jeep! Their service department was closing in 30 mins and they still told us to bring it in! Got us a new battery and stayed after close. What a blessing to have them be so helpful! They had my car for almost a week and never called or anything to let me know that it had been inspected. I paid $200 for the inspection and honestly I still don’t know to this day what’s wrong with it. Only that it will cost $900 to fix. Go somewhere else and save your time and money. They also wanted to keep my car for another week without giving me a loaner.

Peter the sale representative helped me pick the perfect truck for my business.. Their customer service is by far the best Ive ever experienced in any dealership.. After it was all said and done I received the best deal on such an amazing vehicle (truck month with many incentives). Every 2nd Tuesday of every month they have a customer appreciation dinner where they take the time to introduce all their staff and explain the best ways to maintain your vehicle. They also had an Arlington police officer go over safety and police department procedures for collisions. The officer also went over proper ways to document collision information for your insurance company along with other great advice.. Very informative and overall the greatest experience Ive been through in a dealership..

Out of the last 5 times I had tire rotation and balance done at that place on the new tires I bought from them they have only gotten the balancing right once. This time when they did it they forgot to put the valve caps back on the passenger side after checking the air pressure. I’m surprised they didn’t forget to put the oil drain plug back after my oil change. Unbelievable incompetence coming out of that service department. Once it’s out of warranty I won’t be back. No Trust!

I purchased a new 2018 ram with 48 miles on it, on 10-20-18. Sales dept and finance went great. Was checking the spare tire pressure as we had a trip coming up, and found alot of rust and corrosion on alot of aluminum, painted steel and galvanized bolts. Brought in to service and dropped off, I was told it was perfectly normal. I will include their write up. This truck had 48 miles on it. The service manager and director refuse to help me out, saying chrysler deems this as normal. Not my words, but their words. They will sell you a vehicle, but if an issue arises, they will not go to bad or step up to help the customer. I am a 3 time buyer from here, and will not do business with this dealership any longer.

Great customer service. Both tires replaced with no questions asked after they acquired leaks due to roadside hazards. The standard package they have for your first year of purchase includes full tire coverage, free scratch fix up to $1000.00 ( which I have already used), and 4 free oil changes. Unlike some warranties they actually come through and in a timely manner. Thanks Don Davis! I also got the lowest price for a new Dodge Ram compared to 8 other dealerships I checked out in DFW. If you don’t know where to go for your new car, then go there.

I will never do business with this place again. Brought my Jeep in because for some reason it won’t shift past 1st gear. Explain the issue with a guy who greeted us thinking he was going to help be helping us. Only to be told that another service advisor would be helping us and walked off making us explain everything all over again. The next advisor told us that it would be about 2-3 days before they would be able to run a diagnostic on the truck. When asked for a service car because people do have to work we are told they don’t offer I’m that but they can set us up with enterprise for 32 dollars a day, which is unacceptable even the corporate Jeep dealership would have given out a service car. Then we get told that we will have to pay 7k to replace the transmission. No offers to rebuild, so we decided that we would be taking it to another mechanic who would rebuild for 1k. 7k to do the transmission when you can buy a brand new one at autozone for less then half the price. The workers have attitude problems when you tell them no you will take it to someone else, and then when they call they don’t leave a message. I will never bring a car back to this location again.

He didn’t once try selling the vehicle he built a friendship, got to know us and let us make the first move. Disappointment to say the least. Was asked you dont have a service contract ?. Said no, still wasnt offered to purchase one. Car was ready 20 mins before they came to get me and bring me to the cashier. Most importantly, no one could give me a clear answer as to whether my oil change interval was 5k miles or 10k miles. Just bring it in when the car tells you. Amazing advice, considering my oil change sticker said 5k miles and the Uconnect app says 10k miles. For as great as the sales staff is the service department is in need of a serious refresh of staff and or new processes.

I’ve purchased a total of 3 vehicles with Don Davis because of the quality of service received. The willingness to drive an hour not only because of the faith established with the Sales Department but the in the Service Department as well. Loyalty is a two way street and Thank you Mr Cesar in service department for the attitude this morning which finally give me the motivation to pull the plug on canceling my oil changes and extended warranties.Appointments are made for a reason, computers will enhance performance. Preparation/ Planning are essentials for success, knowing a little about a service contract and what a customer has purchased are important things to know. I have used Don Davis Service Dept for almost 8 years. In the beginning they were great - efficient, thorough and friendly. Over the last 12 months, Ive noticed a serious decline. There is an alarming high turn-over rate of service techs, lack of customer service and obvious tension between the repair tech and service techs.Tues (6/30) I called the Service dept & was told a standard oil change and tire balance & rotation would have an expected wait time of 1.5 hours. I confirmed this upon my arrival (11:30am). I had to leave for work by 1pm and mentioned this to the service tech. Not only did it take 2.5 hours for this to be completed, I got a sheepish Im sorry without eye contact, from the service tech handling my jeep (he didnt introduce himself - I later learned his name was Mark). Yes, I was upset and expressed as much to him. Due to this delay, I lost an hours worth of wages, which given the current economical situation, is a HUGE deal! The young female cashier was not helpful and expressed no concern to help things along. No management was present or addressing any customer concerns (that was visible). I witnessed repair techs arguing with service techs, both using profanity and an overall sense of disregard for the customers watching.I understand things can happen, but it is better to be up-front with your customers, explain the issue and provide alternatives (oil change only to save time vs oil change + tire balance & rotation). I was provided no options - I was ignored until I went into the cashier demanding an update. Had I known it was going to be 2.5 hours long, I would have made arrangements for a different day or a drop off situation where I was not waiting. I cannot afford for something like this to happen in the future and will be taking my business elsewhere.The exception to this is the head cashier / manager, Trisha Moore (she has been there at least 8 years). She knows me by my continued patronage. She saw I was upset and waiting for my vehicle. She came out and remedied the situation in 5 minutes. She has always and continues to be the wonderful!

I was looking for a particular new Wrangler JL so I emailed several dealers with no luck. Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep was the only who contacted me with all the right info and fair pricing. The whole process/transaction at this dealer was fast and on point. Ramzi Barakat was my sales person. He’s the best salesman I ever had the pleasure dealing with. Mr Ramzi is very respectful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The whole buying experience was great! They never played the ususal car dealership tricks nor pressure me onto finalizing a “deal”. Alex in finance was great too! I was IN and OUT with my new vehicle in less than 3 hours. Definitely will do business again.

Great place. It suffers from all the problems that are in the nature of a dealership, but its a good place. They dont give you the run-around, and they dont try to upsell you on nonsense. That may just be my experience, but I used to be a mechanic so I know what to ask for and what their response means. Unfortunately, my previous ASM left, but Nick, who has taken over my service, has done a swell job too. If ever theres a job thats out of my scope, and needs to be done right (not a small shop job) I take my baby here.

Broke down on the highway and towed it to Don Davis Dodge. Excellent service. The service tech Nick talked to me clearly and it was very easy to understand exactly what was wrong and what needed to be repaired and the cost. If you want to be talked to with respect and have your repairs explained go to Don Davis Dodge. I cant wait to buy a new car and not feel like a yahoo. You rock Don Davis Dodge Arlington!

One of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I recently had my Chevy truck stolen and was looking for something similar to my last truck. I found the vehicle online and called the dealership to get more info. I spoke with a very nice woman who made sure the vehicle was in their lot not pending any sale. She asked if I wanted to come down take a closer look at the truck and made sure to set me up with Matt Rodriguez who would show me the ins and outs about the vehicle. Matt was very knowledgeable and genuine about helping find something I love, not just something I would settle for. He catered to all of my needs and wants in a vehicle as well as made the negotiation process smooth. He even mapped out a perfect test drive route that would test the trucks capabilities and explained to me a lot of the features while driving. Once we came to an agreement he personally walked me over to their finance team and introduced me to make sure it was a warm transition. Finance team was great, help me understand every detail and thoroughly explained the additional packages as well as made recommendations based off customer experiences. They also actually were able to get me better terms / finance through a credit union that beat my banks rate. It was a no brainer that I took them up on the better deal and they made the process great which normally dealing with finance its usually a pain. I still needed a few things taken care of with the vehicle and Matt made sure to jump on top of it to get it take care of. Matt went above and beyond! It is always so refreshing to work with people who actually care about their customers rather than treating them like numbers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to go see these guys. Ask for Matt if he’s available, you will not be disappointed!

Brought vehicle (Jeep, 56K Miles) back multiple times for HVAC repairs. Don Davis refused to stand behind their work and charged us each time time. We decided not to have another round of costly repairs made and inquired about trading for another vehicle. Don Davis sales wasn’t interested in trading, calls were nt returned. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the service writer didn’t greet us and was returned with glove compartment laying on the floor and handicap tag missing. The dealership has since apologized but hasn’t offered to make things right.
